2008 Senate Resolution 511 Confirms Obama Isn't Eligible!

On April 30, 2008 our 110th Senate unanimously passed non-binding Sen. Res. 511 to pronounce that John McCain was eligible to run for President per the “natural born citizen” requirement for our President specified in Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 in our Constitution.

They used this non binding resolution to pronounce that McCain’s birth in a hospital on a U.S. military base in Panama should be considered a birth “on American soil“ as is required by all past precedent and accepted definitions of the term “natural born citizen” relative to any who are to serve as our President.

Below you can access a pdf file from The Senate Daily Record of the preamble and actions regarding Se. Res. 511 which were presented by Senator Leahy and which he asked to be entered into the record on April 30, 2008.

That pdf file documentation proves the fact that Obama is NOT eligible. It confirms over a half dozen times that our 110th Senate knew that the accepted standard to meet the natural born citizen requirement for President is that BOTH of the candidate’s parents must be U.S. citizens at the time of the candidate's birth!

Yet there has been a chilling silence about these next facts throughout the Obama candidacy and his subsequent usurpation of our Presidency.
- ONLY Obama’s mother was a citizen when he was born.
- His father was NEVER a citizen.
- So Obama was NEVER eligible to run, no matter where he was born.

Five of the six cosponsors for this Machiavellian resolution to "help" Senator McCain were Senators McCaskill, Webb, Leahy, and Clinton, and Obama!

So Obama cosponsored a unanimously approved Senate resolution which conclusively proves he is NOT eligible to serve as our President! Now THAT is a historic Hoops Oops! One day this pdf file for Sen. Res. 511 will be considered as important as the Watergate tapes, or the Clinton stains on Monica's dress!

I strongly suggest that you save backup copies of this pdf file in multiple places as I have. It is now a well proven fact that material damaging to Obama is either very quickly "removed by user" from Internet access or "edited" by unidentified web "spooks” and “wizards" to remove the damning information!

SUGGESTED NEEDED ACTIONS
To date Obama’s glaringly obvious ineligibility has been totally ignored by our Supreme Court, all members of the 110th, 111th, and 112th Congresses, a vast majority of elected State officials, and all but a select few in the national media.

There is no legitimate reason why Obama should have been allowed to run. Nor why we’ve allowed him to block disclosure of key records in his life. We the People have allowed Obama to usurp the office of President! ENOUGH!

A. The most correct, simplest, and fastest way to rectify this full frontal assault on our Constitution is for “we the people” and Congressional leaders from multiple States to demand an immediate Supreme Court confirmation ruling that Obama was never eligible and should never have been allowed to run, and that he must therefore be immediately removed him from office.

B. That ruling should correctly provide that everything Obama has signed or approved is illegitimate. It all must be voided and held pending Congressional corrective action. There is past precedent for this action in the prior removal of a past governor for ineligibility.

C. Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden were both fully aware of Obama’s ineligibility and aided his election, so they must not be allowed to succeed him in the interim until the next election. It seems to this citizen that John Boehner is the most correct current choice per our established line of succession, although he should have also well known that Obama has never been eligible and should have acted accordingly.

WHAT CAN YOU DO?
1. Network this information widely.

2. Start and sustain a major push through your TEA parties, local business leaders, and conservative media personalities to get your State Governor, and your state and US Senators and Representatives to demand a Supreme Court Ruling to remove Obama for his obvious ineligibility!

3. Do it now! Let’s get Obama out of office before the 4th so we can truly celebrate a rebirth of freedom for We the People, and start creating The New United States!
