Oh my! As their top two conservative candidates my former home state “conservatives” chose Romney, who lost to McCain in 2008, but was "loved" by MA as a governor; and Santorum who couldn't get re-elected as a PA Senator and has never led anything!

Apparently they’ve been sniffing too many ethanol fumes while filling their gas tanks. Borrowing a "farm phrase" from Colonel Potter..."Horse Apples"!

Here's this ex-Iowa farm boy's dream ticket based on well demonstrated past actions, rational criteria, and absolutely NO media/poll or GOP leadership influence or input!

With the exception of Defense, Homeland Security, and Veteran's Affairs the primary initial focus for the head of each surviving department listed above would be to shrink its size, scope, and operating cost. Their task will be to eliminate all unnecessary federal government interference in our lives, businesses, and state operations as soon as possible.

All Department Heads are to ensure that any surviving oversight, coordination, and special focus roles truly benefit the 50 states and are carried out in the most efficient possible manner! They are to eliminate or drastically reduce wasteful cash outflow from taxpayers in each state to the federal government and other nations.

Jim DeMint would fill a newly created role as US Auditor to audit the Fed & all Federal expenditures-under Cain's direction! A select group of most experienced former IRS auditors will report to DeMint. A Justice department task force would work with this new internal audit division to rapidly process trial actions for Congressional and other government leaders accused of fraud, theft, criminal redistribution of taxpayer funds, etc.

Their initial focus will be all of the DC 545 for the past 20 years and all past and current czars! The standard our government allowed to be imposed on Martha Stewart would be applied to all who misappropriated funds or abused their fiscal responsibility in any manner.

The following current organizations and their entire staff would be eliminated and securely and thoroughly phased out within one year after the inauguration of the new administration: Energy, Education, Agriculture, Housing & Urban Affairs, EPA and all current czars. Beginning immediately, their offices and computers would be locked down until processes are put in place to ensure all data dumped from their computers and files during the phase out would be held for examination...as the government imposes on citizens in current IRS and other matters.

No current employees who are declared excess in these target departments would receive separation pensions or any other benefits. (They've been overpaid for years now relative to the business world.) The 50 states would decide if any central coordination roles are critical to enable their success, and determine how best to staff and fulfill those tasks.

Attention: GOP party leadership! Contact all these leaders about their new roles by the end of this week. Ask them to act like our Founding Fathers on a critical mission to restore our country, and smooth out any ripples. Plan to announce our United Conservative Ticket for The New United States no later than target date x.

Two days that ticket announcement, release Obama usurpation charges to all worldwide media and demand an immediate resignation by Obama and his current cabinet for his/their unlawful usurpation of our highest offices! (As conclusively proven by Senate Resolution 511 - approved by the Senate on April 30, 2008, and cosponsored by Senators Obama and Clinton!)

Obama & his appointees are to be tried for treasonous actions and sentenced accordingly. Their worldwide assets will be found, converted to cash and returned to the US Treasury as partial compensation for their luxurious travel habits and corrupt and careless redistribution of OUR $$.

All other members of the DC 545 since 2007 would lose their office at the end of their term, and all their government retirement benefits. And they would be thoroughly investigated by the Jim DeMint audit team in the interim.

As their punishment for violating their oaths through their silence about Obama's usurpation, and for their individual roles in allowing the worst period of corrupt deficit spending and Sociotonian pestilence in our history, they would never again be allowed to hold any government or corporate leadership position in The New United States.

I recommend that all of Obama’s lifetime enablers be banned forever from travel in, or business with The New United States; and, be permanently exiled to Sociotonia, where their past pathetic performance and preference for pestilence is the accepted norm!

From this point forward they will be considered enemies of The New United States, and treated accordingly if they attempt to harm our citizens, businesses, or property here and around the world.

But other than that I have no strong feelings on this matter.

Just another day in the court of "King George" Soros. King Abdullah & their U.S. "puppet usurper". The Hoopster's lawless attorney general's memory lapse about "fast & furious" continues. An unlawful "Dirty Dozen" budget process continues behind closed doors. Iran & North Korea continue unchecked in their nuclear capability development.

"Occupy" protesters, guided by "Hoops", ACORN, & unions & funded by taxpayer dollars continue to poop & trash their way across the country to "improve it". The Islamic horde continues their White house enabled assault from without & within on our country & Israel.

The majority of our youth started today without the Lord's Prayer & the Pledge of Allegiance, and will have their minds filled with well doctored "history" & "facts" to equip them for their future role as government "serfs".

Hundreds of billions of "Stimulus" & "Fed funny money" remain unaccounted. The Obamacare monstrosity gets a day closer to destroying our medical system. Illegals continue to flood through our southern border & use our taxpayer dollars to fund their lives.

Every one of our DC 543 officials and governors continue to violate their oaths with their silence about Obama's undeniable usurpation. And ALL of the media remains "deaf, dumb, & silent" about this worst assault on our constitutional republic in our history...choosing instead to focus on the latest worthless polls & (R) candidate destruction rumors.

Millions today will spend hours focusing on texting, tweeting, tattling, tittering, & trashing with their primary sensory input coming from their "handheld electronic devices for inbound mental & spiritual destruction".

A majority of the ever fewer remaining patriot leaders/groups who could save the republic continue to focus on "their" favorite mini-issue mini-battle in this all out war! "United we stand, divided we fall" is a proven truth throughout history.

It IS up to us to unite and end this worst internal assault in our history. What will YOU / your group do about that?

Veteran's Day Reflections 2011

This post today has several purposes:
To remind us all to take time this 2011 Veterans Day, and at every opportunity, to thank our veterans.

To remind us all that throughout our history the vast majority of our veterans well understood and followed their oaths. (A trait that NONE of our DC 545 have demonstrated since at least early 2008!)

To remind all current and future voters that the No. 1 job of our President is to defend this country from threats from without and within.

And that we the people and our elected officials therefore put our nation at great risk, and dishonor any who now serve and have ever served when we elect any person to fill that highest office on our land who has no concept of leadership responsibility and accountability.

I hope you'll take the time to read the two "wake up" articles included below that make that point, and were written by veterans who have served their country well.

"Occupy" Europe or Sociotonia

Here's a sincere recommendation for any and all members or supporters of any of the "Occupy _____" mobs. Move immediately to any country in Europe! Or to Russia, Cuba, or Venezuela. Or to Sociotonia!

The latter is the new country I created in my book just for lazy, loopy lemmings like you. And for every Sociotonian "leader" you allow to own you like serfs, or pull your strings like puppeteers!

Just received an email today listing the horrific maximum tax rates in Europe. (Thanks TB) All of you "Occupy creatures" should love the hosing the Europeans are giving their "rich" citizens!

But any of you in the "Occupy" crowd with a functioning brain cell left may want to study how all their lemmings have fared after the successful socialism assault on folks who got rich due to their legitimate capitalistic tendencies and capability.

It's up to you. We who have always paid the bills here will soon be cutting off your "unearned allowance handouts" if you stay here. Enough! Over! Get your hands off our wallets and savings!

Instead I suggest you "occupiers" protest/insist that the current oppressive income tax system be eliminated and replaced by the "fair tax". That will help bring legitimate businesses and jobs back from off shore, and will ensure all will pay some tax burden; except those who are truly unable to do so for truly legitimate reasons.

And I suggest you also focus your protests on totally closing our borders to all who enter illegally, and insist that all here now who entered illegally be deported without exemption. Then get off your rear ends, take their entry level jobs, and work yourself up the ladder like millions of us have done for decades!

- In spite of these astronomical tax rates, these countries are still not financing their social welfare programs exclusively from tax revenues! They've also created massive national debt!

- The current outrageous VAT numbers in Europe started out as minuscule; right around the 1% or 2%.

- The battle cry of the socialists is always the same cry. Equalize income. Spread the wealth to the poor (whoever they are). Level the economic playing field. Accomplish that and everything will be rosy.

- It’s time to take a really hard look at reality. Greece is a perfect example. Despite the socialism system that has ruled that country for decades, with a 65% max tax rate, they're drowning in public debt, and would have defaulted without hundreds of billions in bailout money.

- And still 20% of their population lives in poverty. What has all that socialism money bought, besides ultimate power for the politicians running the show? Do you think these people are "free"?

- They're not. They're slaves to their economic "system."

Senate Resolution 511 Apr 30, 2008 HAS become Obama's stained dress!

Obama was NEVER eligible no matter where he was born. He is a usurper. And those facts, and the treasonous entangled web of deceit that have been used to prevent broad public knowledge about them,are now becoming very public through the very few remaining reliable news sources for facts.

A courageous group of patriots has written and issued a Declaration and demands for Obama to end his treasonous reign, and for all who he has unlawfully appointed since his invalid election to take the same action!

I urge every conservative and independent citizen activist and group to unite in support of Veteran Defenders of America and United States Patriots Union and their historic Declaration and demands.(You’ll find links to their home sites in the articles shared in the last two links below)

The article I originally posted next has disappeared for whatever reason. In its place I've added links to Senate Resolution 511, as approved April 30, 2008 which I and others have shared for several years now.

That resolution (cosponsored by Obama and Clinton) gives certain proof that Obama was NEVER eligible to serve as President or Vice President, no matter where he was born. And that our DC Congress and Supreme Court have known that since at least that date.

The silence has been chilling across all the major media including the various "Conservative stars" we have counted on to be reliable sources of fact on all critical matters.

Only Cain Left Standing!

It's evident the majority of voters, including millions of "conservatives", are continuing to use using the same flawed candidate selection processes that gave us McCain & Obama as our nation's "best candidates" in 2008!

In 2008 neither McCain nor Obama met the top three Presidential Selection Criteria I outlined in:
U.S. "LEFT" vs. "RIGHT"

In fact, Obama and Her Highness Hilly met and currently meet NONE of the 15 criteria I outlined!

CURRENT STATUS
Each current (R) candidate for President has demonstrated they meet some of those 15 criteria. And ANY of them would definitely be a better President than Hoops or Hilly!

But, as I shared several months ago, ONLY THREE current (R) candidates meet at least two of the top three selection criteria I outlined and believe to be the most critical for our top leader.

A. Our chosen conservative candidate must have a well proven record of past PRINCIPLED LEADERSHIP.

Their demonstrated actions must show they consistently operate per the Hierarchy of the Right I define in my book. They must have consistently pursued and delivered excellent results per God’s principles and those of our Founding Fathers. (The latter are well described in “THE 5000 YEAR LEAP” by Skousen)

B. They must have successfully fulfilled a significant leadership role. EX: As a governor, in a legitimate business, or in a major military command role.

C. And, they must have well demonstrated ability to recruit and enable other leaders whose proven capabilities best fit the needs of critical support roles, and consistently lead their chosen team to deliver excellence.

NONE of the three current (R) candidates meet all of those three criteria. And ONE of them lost to McCain in the 2008 primary!

So, per those criteria, we have had only two announced proven conservative leaders as candidates; Herman Cain and Governor Rick Perry.

Neither has shown conservative perfection in all key arenas, but the proven capability of either of them far exceeds that of Hoops or Hilly who have yet to successfully lead anyone to deliver excellence in any arena other than deception.

I submit that recent events and further examination of Perry's record leaves Herman Cain as the only conservative candidate left standing!

Perry's past record and recent weak statements regarding correct actions for illegals should rule him out. Closing our borders and deporting all current illegals, without amnesty, is a critical "must do" item.

How else can we truly cut wasteful spending and end the inflow of those whose purpose is to destroy us from within? And, our role has never been and should never be to serve as the soup kitchen to the world!

SUGGESTED NEXT STEPS
It’s now far past time for any other conservatives out there to step forward if you truly believe your past proven leadership experience and results are better than Herman Cain. Late (R) entries from this point forward will best serve the Sociotonians!

CAUTION - HAZARDS AHEAD!
Predictably, there’s been a steady increase in classic Sociotonian diversions and misdirection. And "we ain’t seen nothin' yet"!

Her Highness Hilly has been carefully positioned on the sidelines for several months now. For example:
- A “Bloomberg News” poll actually declared Hilly “the most popular national political figure in America today”. ...Say WHAT? Talk about “delusions of adequacy”! (This is a perfect example of why you and I must IGNORE ALL POLLS, as outlined in Chapter 1 in my book!)
- And how many of you noticed the recent declaration by Hilly’s unprincipled husband of convenience - THE Prince of Slick? He declared her to be the “ablest person in my generation”! What an incredibly low standard for those of you who are part of "his generation"!

Folks, the recent attacks on Cain are classic Sociotonian harmful frog boiling attempts. They’re loaded with harmful drips and droppings! They give grossly overpaid media misfits something to text, twitter, tweet, and tattle as they perform for the Sociotonian leaders who literally “own and control” them.

NEVER FORGET THESE NEXT TWO POINTS:
- Hoops & Hilly are the only bullets the Sociotonian puppet masters have left to fire.
- And, if THEIR lips are moving, they ARE lying!

And, to reawaken or create new ability to detect and avoid the wide range of stealthy strategies, tools, and techniques which Sociotonians have historically used to misdirect others to follow them down their proven paths to pestilence.

CLOSING THOUGHTS
“We the people” have allowed our republic to come very close to irreparable destruction from within. Yet millions of potential voters out there continue to demonstrate that they couldn't care less.

Millions of lawful, legal eligible potential voters may or may not register to vote, or ever vote.
- At the same time millions of unlawful and illegal citizens and invaders are being trained how to illegally vote for Sociotonian candidates at all levels.
- And millions who will vote have unacceptably low standards; or no standards at all other than to choose those who will redistribute other people’s money to them!

This elder citizen is certain this period in time is truly our last chance to get it right.

I submit to you that right now there are currently less than a half dozen of the 545 top DC leaders whose records to date prove they’re serious about being “true Right Leaders” per the defining standards I set for those people in my book.

And, though their capability far exceeds that of any Sociotonians of any party, NONE among that small handful has acted correctly to steadfastly demand correct action on the Obama eligibility issues!

Our current slate of candidates for our highest office proves there are few “career politicians” across our republic with the capability, courage and will to clean up the toxic federal government sewage cesspool that is DC today. Doing so WILL put their lives, family, fortune, and sacred honor on the line as they lead the coming battles to literally save our republic!

May God guide our actions and protect each of us in the critical days ahead. HIS word and all human history confirm that we WILL reap what we sow from our actions and inaction. There is truly nothing new under the sun!

IGNORE ALL POLLS!

This post shares an excerpt from "The Lesson of Frog Boiling", the first chapter in my book "U.S. “LEFT” vs. “RIGHT”. This excerpt is one of dozens of tips and insights I share in the first ten chapters. Every one of them will improve your leader selection process in any arena of life.

"IGNORE ALL POLLS"
"Polls are a primary source of flawed input! So why not purge them from your life? Why not eliminate them instantly? Why not start today? Why not tune out any analyst who attempts to waste your time discussing any political poll data?

Why should you let anyone divert your mind from critical, correct first order issues like finding facts to decide which direction you want to go, and why?

Why should you ever look back? Isn’t using polls to guide your lives like going to Vegas and counting on casino shared gambling tips to guide you to consistent winning at the tables or slots?

As an even better analogy; isn’t it like hopping into your car and trying to drive down the road blindfolded? Picture yourself doing that with your primary source of input being the latest poll info blaring out of your car radio as to what group “xyz” wants you to believe are useful facts as to what lies ahead in your blind trip… toward unseen, but certain danger!

E.g.: “BREAKING BLIND BRAKING NEWS!”
• 25% of Iowa drivers firmly believe there may be a car coming at you!
• 74% of New Hampshire drivers are certain there may be sharp turns ahead.
• 45% of Florida drivers found many road obstructions in their recent drives.
• A majority of African-American drivers believe that we should all let Barack Hussein Obama - The Insidious Incompetent - guide our blind drive!
• And that we should ignore the rock solid fact he’s never had any real driver training and actually successfully, safely driven any responsible, lawful group to any useful destination in his entire life.
• They “believe” that given his passionate promises as to how he’ll bring “Hope” and “Real Change” into our blind driving experience; he must “really care” about improving our blind driving survival odds!
• 38% of women drivers hope that Her Highness Hilly will one day get a chance to impose her promises and guide their future blind driving.
• Though she too has never actually successfully completed a road trip as a driver and guide.
• They’re willing to give her a chance, because she does have a lot of demonstrated in-car experience as a very shrill, nagging passenger; and she has enabled the successful cover up of a lot of past “roadside accidents” that she and her partner caused in their drive through and over human life in their quest for power and $$."

2008 Senate Resolution 511 = Obama's Stained Dress

I know millions of us lawful, legal citizens agree that "We the people" must not let Obama's undeniable usurpation of our highest office stand! Nor any actions and output of this most unholy, lawless regime in our history!

And, that continued inaction on this critical treasonous matter could in fact end our constitutional republic!

Fortunately for all conservative citizen patriots, a small team of proven courageous patriot leaders from two current national groups have recently said "ENOUGH!"

They've stepped forward and drawn a hard line in the sand by drafting and publicly issuing the single most important document I've seen in my 67 years!
- It's our nation's 2nd Declaration of Independence!

I urge you to make time now to read the following post by JB Williams. It shares the background for this work; and A Declaration to Restore the Constitutional Republic which was created through joint effort by leaders in the United States Patriots Union and Veteran Defenders of America.

Please read his letter, and The Declaration several times and the appendix of grievances at least once. You'll also find background links to the two current core groups in his letter.

'Will Those Who Took an Oath Save our Republic?’.

INPUT RE: CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS
As this citizen sees it:
- All conservative activist groups working on important, smaller elements must give highest long term priority to effort with these two groups.
- Short term schedules of major events likely can't be changed to give priority to 11/11/11. But that should be our goal with a matter of weeks after that.
- The matters the Declaration covers transcend all others that all current TEA Party /activist groups are currently pursuing.
- This national campaign can only be successful if the Declaration path to ending the "Obama usurpation assault" becomes a unanimous purpose for a large majority of us.

To any who read the Declaration and feel it isn't "perfect" enough to support, I suggest that IT IS the closest thing to it on the face of this earth at this time!

And that we can all agree that there multitudes of possible demonstrated abuses which could have been included in the Appendix.
- I'm sure there's no logical reason that the abuses listed in the Appendix can't become a "living document" with ongoing additions and/or clarification of specifics; if that proves to be useful and necessary to tie up all loose ends on this critical journey.

IT IS NOW UP TO EACH OF US
Ladies and gentlemen, a correct and long overdue call to action has been made by these two groups.
- The Declaration has been publicly issued by its creators.
- A directionally correct, lawful hard line has now been publicly drawn in the sand.

So we must unite to stand and act with these patriot leaders, do whatever it takes to continually build support, and ensure the demands they outlined are met.

Or, take an easier but more disastrous path and walk away; leaving them to stand alone, with possible dire personal consequence to them, and with totally predictable total disregard of their demands by the Usurper, his horde, and their masters.

I've made my choice public.
- Since I'm not a veteran, I joined the citizen based group.
- I will stand with citizens and veterans in DC on Veterans Day - 11/11/11.
- I will give this effort top priority over all other activist work from that point forward; and will focus on bringing much pressure from the State of Tennessee on the DC545. I urge each of you to do the same in your states.

I'm doing that because I know the success of this effort will determine the outcome and impact on every other subordinate action across this country. I'm personally certain there is no other more important single effort in this country today!

I believe that if we truly stand together as our forefathers did, this path has a very high potential to not only remove the Usurper and his horde; but also to lawfully undo, nullify, or render harmless the barrage of assaults on every aspect of our republic that has been launched by Obama and his horde in their assigned “subversion focus areas”.

Forty years of business/mfg experience tells me the latter correction work can NEVER again be accomplished by ANY incoming President if "we the people" allow Obama's extensive lawless precedent to stand; and let him and his horde walk out of office leaving their entangled maze of treachery behind, and without dire consequence to all who enabled that.

So I hope we will all work together to help the two core groups build a huge supporting network as fast as possible, and work at whatever useful role each of us can serve to win this battle for our survival!

My thoughts on right next steps:
A. Join either the veteran or citizen core group.
B. Read and network the JB Williams letter and Declaration right away.
C. Use the link WIlliams provides in his letter to email your elected officials right away to demand correct action. I've done that
D. Contact the dozens of "conservative" newsletters and fax/phone action generators that load our email. Urge them to align and to in turn urge their networks to do so.
E. Urge all citizens who are not part of any activist effort to read this post and link with the core group that fits their situation.
F. Publicly gather on 11/11/11 in DC, or in our state capitals, and continually build support of the Declaration at local levels in each state as we have successfully done on other matters in recent years.
G. Demand our state governments work for and with us to demand the specified actions outlined are taken in DC.
H. Recognize this Declaration effort is not a one day event. It is the beginning of a long critical journey.
I. In whatever lies ahead, we conservatives must "watch and protect each other's back".

Last, but far from least. Let's ensure the tyrants in this treasonous assault on our nation are lawfully identified, prosecuted, and sentenced; and that their sentences are enforced.
- The Rosenberg duo were tried and executed for far lesser crimes against this republic than those committed by Obama and his horde of communist, Islamic, union, and financial terrorists!

But other than that, I have no strong feelings on this matter.

This picture simply, correctly outlines the "why, what, & how" of a lawful path to restore our Constitutional Republic. Refer to it as often as needed if you get off course.

We can, and must begin to pursue that path immediately! We're already three years late!

This post proves "WHY" Obama is a usurper, using undeniable facts outlined below to support steps 1 and 2 in the post picture.

UNDENIABLE PROOF THAT OBAMA IS A USURPER
A. April 30, 2008 the 110th Senate unanimously approved Senate Resolution 511.

B. That resolution confirmed that Barack Obama was NEVER eligible to run for President, no matter where he was born!

- It states the fact more than a half dozen times that in order to meet the "natural born citizen" requirement specified in Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of our Constitution, both of the candidates parents must have been US citizens at the time of the candidate's birth.

- And, the whole world knows Obama's father was NEVER a US citizen. That fact has NEVER been disputed.

So since April 30, 2008 proof has been easily available that if elected, Obama would be an unlawful usurper of our highest office!

(Note: Since Senators Obama and Clinton cosponsored this "horribly stained dress", they certainly can't deny they knew that.

SR 511 was cleverly written by a Democrat and it "proclaimed" McCain was eligible even though he was not born on US soil. So whether they were "duped", or they bought into a "bipartisan handshake" with treasonous implications, the unanimous approval of SR 511 left no (R) senator at the time blameless as they have all maintained a deafening silence about the fact that Obama was NEVER eligible!)

But to date... I/"We the people" HAVE FAILED to unify our multiple activist efforts to demand a lawful, legal and swift end to this highest order assault, and every unlawful "product" and action it has caused.

I/we've allowed ourselves to remain divided by our pursuit of important but smaller issues that can never be swiftly, properly resolved as long as the Usurper, his horde, and their actions are allowed to stand.

We’ve already covered your required maximum size and land boundaries for living quarters. In addition, each and every one of your homes must be totally “green”… in every aspect of that which any of your leaders have defined and/or mandated!

For example, all of your electrical lighting must use the new, “green”, imported mercury containing light bulbs which your crack team… the 110th Sociotonian™ majority controlled Congress has mandated!

That action was another serious disconnect in Sociotonian™ logic! Apparently your substitution of deviant behavior tolerance and condom application to replace fundamental “science” courses has morphed out a fact that we’ve known since the late 1950s! Mercury IS VERY TOXIC!

Many of you Left-followers and us Right-seekers were actually once well aligned that we needed to rid our world of that toxic risk and we did so… many decades ago! Yet you have let your leaders legislate and regulate it back into our lives as a mandate for all citizens and businesses in the name of “saving energy” and “going green”! How can this be?

Surely you supporters of this particular green concept do understand that each time one of these bulbs breaks that will cause a very toxic mercury release that must very carefully controlled, and will be very difficult and expensive to safely clean up?

Do you understand that you and your kids could really be permanently harmed or die if you “fumble” any of those cleanup actions?

As production volumes are scaled up to meet your new demand, what about all those lucky citizens in some country… somewhere… who will work in the factories of the leaders who produce these mercury containing bulbs?
…Will you, your leaders and their leaders feel their pain?

And, what will you do as trash disposal pits across Sociotonia™ and around the world are filled with ever more mercury. You know the majority of broken bulbs will end up there due to being secretly, “inexpensively” ditched with the regular trash.

That mercury will seep back into your land and streams. It will fill the bellies of your fish and yourselves, and your children who escape abortion!

The common sense “green” outcome of all that is more likely to be a lot of “gangrene” from all the human and animal deaths you’ll create!

By the way, exactly which of your great Sociotonian™ political and business leaders conceived that environmentally criminal legislative action?

2012 Candidate Selection Alert

It's painfully evident that the vast majority of voters, including millions of "conservatives", are using the same flawed candidate selection processes that gave us McCain & Obama as our nation's "best candidates" in 2008.

Neither of them met the top three Presidential Selection Criteria I outlined in U.S. "LEFT" vs. "RIGHT".

In fact, Obama or Her Highness Hilly met and currently meet NONE of the 15 criteria I outlined!

CURRENT STATUS
All current (R) candidates for President have demonstrated they meet some of those 15 criteria.

And ANY of them would definitely be a better President than Hoops or Hilly!

BUT, ONLY THREE current (R) candidates meet one or more of the top three selection criteria I outlined and believe to be the most critical for our top leader.

A. Our chosen conservative candidate must have a well proven record of past PRINCIPLED, SUCCESSFUL LEADERSHIP.

Their demonstrated actions must show they have consistently operated per the Hierarchy of the Right I define in my book. To do that they must have consistently pursued and delivered excellent results per the principles of God and those of our Founding Fathers. (The latter are well described in “THE 5000 YEAR LEAP” by Skousen)

B. They must have successfully fulfilled a significant leadership role. EX: As a governor, in a legitimate business, or in a major military command role.

C. And, they must have well demonstrated ability to recruit and enable other leaders whose proven capabilities best fit the needs of any key supporting roles. And of course must have proven their ability to as a team leader to deliver excellent results.

Among the three current candidates who best meet some of those three top criteria, NONE MEET THEM ALL! And ONE of them lost to McCain in the 2008 primary!

So, ladies and gentlemen, as this elder citizen sees it, we currently really have only two announced proven viable conservative candidates who meet the standards we must demand. Governor Rick Perry, and Herman Cain.

Neither of them have shown conservative perfection in all key arenas, but the proven capability of either of them far exceeds that of Hoops or Hilly who have yet to successfully lead anyone to deliver any useful outcome.

SUGGESTED NEXT STEPS
It's far past time for any other conservatives out there to step forward if you truly believe your past proven leadership experience and results are better than those of Mr. Perry or Mr. Cain. And if you're fully committed to give Founding Father courage and conviction to the task ahead.

Any late entries several months from now will best serve the Sociotonians!

CAUTION - HAZARDS AHEAD!
Be alert for a steady increase in classic Sociotonian diversions and misdirection that will occur.

As a classic example, Her Highness Hilly has been carefully positioned this past couple weeks; in case the current seven legitimate Supreme Court members actually take the correct Constitutional action they shamefully dodged in 2008...and strip the usurper Obama of all power and clearances BEFORE the 2012 election...as they should do!

A recent “Bloomberg News” poll actually declared Hilly “the most popular national political figure in America today”. ...Say WHAT? Talk about “delusions of adequacy”!
...This is a perfect example of why you and I must IGNORE ALL POLLS as outlined in Chapter 1 in my book!

And in a recent declaration by Hilly’s unprincipled husband of convenience - THE Prince of Slick, he declared her to be the “ablest person in my generation”!

And did you catch his really useful recent pronouncement that “Gingrich could be the GOP nominee in 2012”!

Or Hilly's latest "I have no interest" pronouncements. Yeh... right...

Remember their lips were moving when they said all that; therefore they were lying. And never forget that she will do anything to be "Queen"!

Folks, those events are classic Sociotonian harmful frog boiling attempts. They are loaded with harmful drips and droppings! They give the grossly overpaid media misfits something to text, twitter, tweet, and tattle about as they perform for the Sociotonian leaders who literally “own and control” them.

CLOSING THOUGHTS
“We the people” have allowed our republic to become very close to being irreparably destroyed from within. Yet millions of potential voters out there continue to demonstrate that they couldn't care less.

Millions of lawful, legal eligible potential voters may or may not register to vote, or ever vote.

At the same time millions of unlawful and illegal citizens and invaders are being trained to illegally vote for Sociotonian candidates at all levels.

And millions that will vote have unacceptably low standards, or no standards, or are clueless as to where and how to find factual candidate background. They will vote for any candidate who promises to continue to redistribute others’ hard earned money to them.

This elder citizen is certain this period in time is truly our last chance to get it right. We MUST find, and correctly vet our very best conservative candidates, and then elect the very best of them.

I submit that right now there are currently less than a half dozen of the 545 top DC leaders whose records to date prove they’re serious about trying to be “true Right leaders” per the defining standards I set for those people in my book. And NONE of that handful acted correctly to steadfastly demand correct action on the Obama eligibility issues. Though their capability far exceeds that of any Sociotonians of any party.

And our current slate of candidates for our highest office proves there are few across the nation with the courage and will to dive into the toxic federal government sewage cesspool that is DC today.

Running for our highest office this point in time requires a major sacrifice by any true right leaders who are really committed to make a positive difference and return our nation to proven paths toward excellence. Doing so WILL put their lives, family, fortune, and sacred honor on the line to lead the coming battles to literally save our republic!

On the other side of the battlefield, unprincipled destroyers and con artists like the Clinton duo, Obama, etc. had nothing to lose and nothing to protect, and can't spell the word honor.

So they have always been easily bought by the highest bidder. Like all Sociotonians leaders they enjoy their ill gotten power, redistributing other peoples wealth and living large on our dime...in any spotlight that feeds their ego.

Their future wealth is safely tucked away by the puppet masters who control them...as long as they properly dance and dodge on the ends of those strings.

I hope this and my ongoing efforts will cause many to consider and adopt very tough standards like those I defined for our candidates for President, and for any leader they choose to follow in any arena in life. FACT: In Arab cultures it is an insult...a sign of disrespect... to show the soles of your shoes or bottom of your feet to others. For example, per an article entitled "Customs and Behavior Tips on how to behave in Muslim countries"...
* Avoid putting feet on tables or furniture. Show respect. Refrain from leaning against walls, slouching in chairs, and keeping hands in pockets. Keep from pointing with the feet. Do not show the soles of the feet, as they are the lowest and dirtiest part of the body."

Clearly this puffed up, incompetent, Muslim usurper who illegally occupies our office of U.S. President, frequently and very openly displays his Muslim disrespect and disdain for "we the people" he is supposed to represent and lead.

His actions also show disrespect for the dignity and proper protocol of the highest office in U.S. government in all his dealings with others, and his lack of any proper childhood training. He has consistently bowed low to Muslim leaders; but can't keep his feet off of our furniture and out of public view!

The now well demonstrated actions by him and his spouse of convenience are lower than even the Clintons who honored "we the people" and their position with their White House Christmas trees decorated with condoms and Bill's oval office stains! The stench of Obama's inner essence of pure pestilence is breathtaking!

Hey Hoops, before the next election, be certain "we the people" will force the Supreme Court to take long overdue lawful action. They will eventually have to correct your lawlessness and remove you from office due to your Article II ineligibility.

Your ineligibility is very well proven by Senate Resolution 511, which was unanimously approved by the Senate on April 30, 2008...before the election! It states multiple times that to be a "natural born citizen" as required to be President or Vice President BOTH of the candidates parents must be U.S. citizens at the time of the candidate's birth.

Your father was NEVER a US citizen, therefore you were NEVER eligible to hold your current office. And you well know it since that damning resolution was cosponsored by you and Hilly! Every action you have taken is invalid and the Supreme Court lawfully must declare that to be so...or set themselves up for their own removal due to their lawlessness per our Constitution which they have sworn to uphold and protect.

BACKGROUND INFO - THE WHY BEHIND THIS WORK

Across our country today there's an ever smaller "well ripened" group who are fortunate enough to carry internal images of excellence in multiple arenas that are critical to our survival as a republic. And a memory of what life was like when millions were attempting to pursue excellence in those arenas.

The images were infused into our minds, hearts, and souls in our youth. They wove together the timeless principles given us from God and through our Founding Fathers. They were implanted solidly in millions of us at that time because of our parents, extended family, and local communities.

The majority of those people had walked the sometimes very tough path in pursuit of excellence together, and fought and sacrificed to protect our republic from any and all who openly attempted to destroy it.

And that majority made sure that critical internal images were infused in their youth through our education systems and community life. As a result, in the late 1950s to early 60s our teenage students led the world in knowledge of the basics.

Guided by principle based internal guidance images, and the capitalistic framework our generation inherited, we became a powerful laboratory for world changing innovation, a powerful source of manufactured goods, and an economic power for the benefit of humanity.

While we pursued excellence in those various critical arenas a growing majority of our citizens had the elements in place to pursue their God given right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. And every nation that subsequently chose to truly adopt at least some of those guiding internal images/maps saw benefit for their citizens.

But the battle between the leaders who pursue excellence vs. pestilence is eternal. The mechanisms for broadly implanting and spreading noxious seeds for destruction of our republic were covertly put in place early in the past century.

And despite an eight year period of excellent leadership under Reagan, since the early 1960s we've allowed the timeless road map to excellence to be almost totally erased from our education system and community life; and therefore, from the collective intelligence of the vast majority of our citizens.

So today, we find the majority of our nation's younger minds, hearts, and souls under constant attack from all forms of pestilence. It surrounds them in every aspect of their lives...in their homes, cars, schools, work place, and chosen recreation; and, in far too many churches and synagogues.

This destructive process has been and currently is being broadly led by ever present "human misfits" dedicated to pursuit of the timeless "Hierarchy of the Left" as I define that in my book.

I suggest to you that every tyrannical form of government and leader in our written history has operated per that Hierarchy. Every one of them has steadily bombarded those who follow them with pestilence in multiple forms so they are transformed into dependent welfare, intellectual, and/or spiritual serfs...to increase the power and wealth of those reigning "Left leader(s)" in their chosen operating arenas of life.

You'll find those who use that Hierarchy in all fields of endeavor. Their own demonstrated actions prove it definitely applies to all but a very small handful of our current DC "leaders". And sadly, our worst ever prime examples include the totally empty suit and his equally venal, twisted spouse who we allowed to usurp our White House in 2009; and their behind the scenes writers, handlers, trainers, and true masters.

My purpose for the book U.S. "LEFT" vs. "RIGHT", and for my commentary blog and activist efforts in multiple arenas, is to find and work with others of like mind to help reconstruct the internal images of the proven paths to excellence in the majority of our younger citizens.

The book outlines timeless basic life lessons to build on and to improve the reader's ability to block, sift through, and discard the barrage of "pestilence puzzle pieces" that bombard their daily lives. And to enable them to search for, recognize, and reconstruct the timeless, multi-dimensional images of our intended path toward excellence.

As I document in my book, I believe the next several years are truly our last opportunity to reconstruct and lock in those guiding internal images in millions of American citizens. And that our failure to do so will result in the destruction of our republic. And I know that millions of lawful, legal citizens out there share that concern and are also searching for correct actions.

There can be no questions that we are in the most critical period in our history since the civil war. Why? Because the current dangerous, multi-front attacks on our life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness are from within on a broad front, and are being led through the very highest levels of our government by worldwide behind the scenes money and power masters.

We’ve allowed those creatures to conduct an ever more rapid forceful, well planned attack on the youth who are the future of our republic. Their assault on children now starts when they are in the womb. And they are steadily further increasing governmental control of the education structure, systems, and processes with the intent to totally override parental control of their hearts, souls, and minds at the earliest possible age.

The attacks are enabled by the overwhelming majority in the media today. And they're supported by rapidly growing legions of legal and illegal government dependent, intentionally under educated, redistribution "welfare serfs".

Our failure as a republic will in turn doom citizens worldwide to increasing domination by those same powerful pestilence purveyors who steadily, insidiously prey on humanity via "worldwide organizations" like the UN and IMF. And via the 1400 year old, truly evil, socio-political system of Islam and its Sharia law framework!

In the several years since I finished my book and started writing these commentaries, one sure sign of current prevailing media and leadership pestilence has been the steady number of items with valuable written and video content that have been "removed by user"...scrubbed from our available electronic info databases.

I'm quite sure the treacherous media masters will continue that process with this post. So when you find a link that has vanished into the electronic ether under the guise of having been "removed by user", be certain that I didn't remove it!

Then please use the Contact form on my web site to notify me. I'll do my best to update missing links in kind. Every one of the links in this post was accessible when I entered this post. But in preparing it, I found some links to past key videos and written links that I had intended to use have been totally scrubbed. (Can you say "treasonous actions"?!)

I appreciate all past info sharing by others of like mind. I hope all find value in this work and that you'll choose to share it and my book broadly with friends and family.

However, if you and I mutually find we can't align as to what represents excellence vs. pestilence in critical arenas, then we will part company. A Leadership Selection Lesson

The flawed belief that we can make sound decisions as to who's best equipped to lead us based on media controlled "candidate debate analysis" and "political poll" sound bites is very dangerous.

That belief is in fact a root cause of our failure to find and elect "true Right leaders"! Millions out there today spend a lot of time and energy faithfully ingesting those sound bites.

I learned as a farm kid how to steer even a large pig...one of the smartest and most ornery animals in the barnyard...by putting a little of their favorite food in a large basket & showing it to them.

Once their head was "in the basket", focused on gobbling every last morsel of "minimal food"...they were easily steered backward for short distances, where I chose to take them; and without them ever seeing how they got there!

How many times have you looked around the past couple years and asked yourself...how the hell did we get here as a country on that matter?! Ladies & gentlemen, I submit to you that we've allowed ourselves and the masses to be steered per the above technique.

If we're to turn things around we must first learn to keep our head out of any "media controlled baskets" that divert our attention from the real world around us while we're searching for healthy info morsels to consume.

And we must NEVER allow their easily manipulated "political poll" and "debate analysis" morsels to lure our heads into their steering baskets and keep our attention there!

Those "foul media foods" are similar in useful value to "road kill critters"! So I suggest we focus our energy instead on seeking and ingesting solid research and facts about each candidate's true past demonstrated principles, capability, and actions...using a meaningful criteria list like that which I shared in my book.

It seems to me that if we are going to find "true Right leaders" and win elections we have to use every avenue available to teach millions of fellow citizens how to do the same.

We've allowed Sociotonian enemies of this republic in all walks of life to perfect multiple harmful, stealthy voter steering techniques for too many decades now...to con millions of "dependent" citizens. Surely we can't be proud of that! ENOUGH!

Defeating those "enemies of state" is a primary purpose of my book. I believe you'll find that the first 10 chapters, under the broader labels of LIFE LESSONS, CORE CONCEPTS, and SELECTING "RIGHT LEADERSHIP" enable doing that.

They offer a proven common sense framework for finding and enabling "true Right leaders" in all arenas of life. Millions will never learn that framework material in their homes, churches, schools, or universities.

I hope many out there find the following analogy to be powerful and useful as we consider how best to gain control of the unholy horde who fight for and thrive on our life's blood. Ideally after reading this you'll know as I know, that we've steadily allowed powerful "vampires", and ignorant proponents of massive old fashioned blood letting as the proper action for "health", to control the taking and redistribution of our "life's blood".

Hopefully it will help us unite as citizens and businesses to rapidly, lawfully, legally act to remove them from power. We must do that soon; before their rapidly growing worldwide army of "blood" dependent, non-donor citizens, businesses, and countries destroy us, and the special republic our forefathers created!

"Let’s think together about how best to obtain the money that is the life blood of any form of government. Our actions on this matter can either revitalize and energize our country, or kill it on contact.

Consider the following analogy: Our total government is made up of artificially created governing “bodies” which exist at the federal, state, county, and city levels.

Each was created, with the intent that they would be developed and maintained solely to carry out their correct functional role at their level. Ideally, each should serve a distinctive and additive role to protect and preserve our nation and our individual life, freedom, and pursuit of happiness and excellence.

At the fundamental level, each of these artificial “bodies” at each level can only survive and function at all if given transfusions of artificial “blood” …the money which we citizens and businesses “donate” ...using taxation processes and systems to guide that.

Every bit of that monetary artificial “blood” comes directly or indirectly from us as individuals or through our businesses. That “blood” is the very same that we attempt to earn as individuals in return for our efforts.

We earn and bank it. And we donate some of it to each of the governing bodies to give our “fair share” to the “artificial blood bank” which they each require to sustain them.

Ideally, all rational citizens can agree that everyone who benefits from living here and is functionally capable of doing something should be required to donate at least some of their artificial blood to each appropriate blood bank.

This monetary blood is what we use to compensate others for our purchase of basic things we need to sustain our lives, and in our pursuit of happiness in our chosen activities, our accumulation of possessions, and for our chosen personally directed, free choice donations to others.

At least half of our country today does not understand the proper role of the artificial governing bodies at each of those levels; nor of the tax system which we allow to govern the collection of our individual and business artificial blood donations.

But fortunately in our nation, the plan for the creation and operation of a totally new primary national government body was well laid out by our Founding Fathers. (We can be thankful that was not done by some pompous King of that time, or by the Left leader mind of Karl Marx!)

Our Founding Fathers created that initial national governing body per that plan and brought it to life several hundred years ago. It has been developing and functioning since. It was created to fulfill functions that are most effectively planned and carried out nationally.

The previous artificially created governing bodies of the 13 colonies of that time in turn adapted through time to incorporate the best features of that new primary national body. As we've grown as a nation, each of those was created and exists to fulfill a proper functional service role of lesser scope, for what are now fifty artificially created states.

And of course back at home, there are thousands of county and city artificial bodies that exist to perform the critical basic needed functions at the local level.

Those local bodies most directly influence the quality of our daily life in terms of our personal safety, and that of our homes and property, and of our planning and growth as communities.

In our system of government, the responsibility for each of those bodies at each level is entrusted to a top leader and a representative staff of leadership which we citizens elect at each level to do that; and to those that they in turn appoint to lead and manage the specific functional tasks that must be performed by that governing body.

Every drop of artificial blood taken from us to sustain each of the governing bodies that we support, limits our individual or business ability to meet our own basic needs and to fund our desired pursuits and lifestyle.

Therefore the critical responsibilities of those we elect, expect, and allow to lead and manage each governing body include:

• Keep their assigned governing bodies lean, trim, healthy, and functioning properly; to effectively and efficiently perform the tasks the majority of us agree are required at that level for our survival, development and growth.

• Ensure the frequency of mandatory donations of our precious artificial blood and the amount taken at each donation are reasonable, and that none we donate is ever wasted or misused.

• Create, maintain, and improve mandatory taxation systems which we allow to be imposed on us to routinely collect our artificial blood donations.

• Ensure those taxation systems are truly fair, rational, and very simple (therefore efficient), as seen by the majority of us individual and business blood donors.

• Ensure that every individual, family, and business that enjoys the benefits of living in this country and is at all capable of performing any useful function, donates some of their artificial blood to sustain those needed governing bodies at each level.

Using this analogy and common sense, our challenge then as individuals is simply to understand and keep a close eye on:

• What are the redistribution outflows of our donated blood to each governing body and in total?

• How much is used for proper actions by the groups who are supposed to manage each governing body?

• How much do they spill or steal for personal resale?

• How much do they recklessly redistribute to others who themselves donate very little or nothing to our artificial blood banks at each level.

• How much of our blood is being taken from us in total per mandated donations to all levels of government?

• How simple and efficient are our current artificial blood collection and redistribution center systems?

Ideally, each of us who is at all capable should be donating our blood to sustain a maximum of four governing bodies...Federal, state, county, and city.

Ideally we’d each make no more than one quarterly blood donation and have that single donation be properly divided and distributed to the blood bank center for each governing body we sustain.

Have you got that starting image in mind? We’re going to focus in this section on the totally different guiding concepts that are pursued in the collection and use of our artificial blood by those who follow the two diametrically opposed Hierarchies.

We’ll look at that from the perspectives of:

• The donation amounts that we have slowly allowed to be frog boiled and jar trained in to our minds as being acceptable.

• The status of today’s governing bodies in terms of staying lean, trim, and capable.

• The unbelievable donation collection complexity we have allowed to evolve.

• The purposes we have allowed to become accepted for our artificial blood donations.

Congressman Cooper,

How dare you write to tell us you’re worried, and then suggest several sentences later that we need to support more of the actions that have been root causes of our current national economic situation!

Every demonstrated redistribution taker and "welfare serf creator" like you and your "bipartisan" Republican buddies apparently have no shame. All of you who have taken us down a known path to pestilence in all arenas can count on being held accountable every day until the next election. Your pathetic fear mongering babble about needing to raise the debt limit and keep spending is truly infuriating.

Lack of "bipartisan" action is not the cause of this problem. Rather it is decades of "bipartisan" movement toward pestilence in all arenas...and particularly in our spending and debt! Now it the time for true right leaders as I define them in my book to draw very hard lines, and to ensure that every step we take as a nation is toward excellence!

Stop this shameless sideshow barker shuffle! Get off your bottoms in DC and cut the spending now! You might start with a 10 or 15% cut in pay and benefits for every government employee excluding our military and any security personnel who put their lives on the line for us citizens. Those cuts should start with yourselves and your staff/aides! Lead by example.

The majority of government employees at all levels have much less responsibility and accountability than any bank teller. Yet govt. employee pay and benefits far exceed that of a bank teller. Slash federal government numbers of pay grades, pay, and benefits; and bring them back in line with that of office staff paper shufflers in the business world. Start now and cut deep.

Invest serious time getting the Fair Tax transition moving - NOW! That single move would do wonders to cut the size of government and raise tax revenues.

End your out of control redistribution vote buying; including the insane practice of increasing unemployment pay to 99 weeks! Or, allowing people to use food stamps for anything other than the most basic necessities. And stop any from drawing a welfare check who won't take a drug test to prove they're clean.

Follow that by purging the payrolls of every trumped up new federal job Obama and you in his horde have added since the meltdown.

Follow that by immediately ending welfare of any form for any who have entered this country illegally. Immediately ship them back to their home country at that country's expense. If that country pushes back on that, cut back any foreign aid they are currently receiving.

Ensure that not one dime of taxpayer funds or new debt is spent on enabling the ongoing slaughter of 3,000 "humans to be" every day. You and all like you have enabled this. So I urge you to consider this suggestion I made in my book for all who refuse to "defend the defenseless unborn"...yet claim we should trust you to defend our nation

As you go to sleep each night picture a pit stacked with the remains of more than 50,000,000 American "humans to be" that have been added to that pit since Roe vs. Wade! Try counting them as another tiny newly mangled, maimed "human to be" is tossed into that pit every 30 seconds! How proud are you of allocating and redistributing any taxpayer dollars and new debt for that purpose???

Slash overseas foreign aid in all forms. And forget the ongoing push to put us under one world government or UN controls. We expect all DC leaders to keep the world off our backs; and out of our homes, gun cabinets, and wallets!

Indefinitely hold or cancel any already authorized appropriations...in all forms. That includes capital outlays, new hiring, and any and all bogus "investments". It definitely includes all the new spending buried in every "take, spend, and waste exercise" passed since 2006! Start by voiding Obamacare and the "Frank N Dodd" financial bill travesties.

End the practice of forcing loans to be given to any who can't pay them. Stop creating new debt for my grandchildren to bail out banks and citizens who gambled and lost on their housing investments.

Hire a swat team of hard core businessmen to audit, and force Obama to deliver on his unmet promise of "transparency" in all government actions. Turn them loose to find every shady stimulus grant, loan, handout, campaign payback, and "investment". Stop any and all that amount to nothing but shameless vote buying. End and call in any bogus "stimulus" handouts and poorly directed "loans".

Clean out Obama's gang of czars and their staffs...now! End their collective reign of terror and their spending!

Stop subsidizing the inefficient process of using corn for fuel versus food. Get the ethanol out of our gasoline. And end the creation of those God awful ineffective "windmills". Talk about insanity! We stop pipelines and drilling in the name of protecting our natural vistas and wildlife. And then subsidize and encourage the clearing of more land to grow corn...and to cover with huge, ugly, totally impractical windmills. Don't spend a dime of my money for either of those horribly flawed "brain burp" concepts.

Cut extra deep in all the above arenas...and then get busy reprioritizing the investments in defense capability that will keep our military and country the best equipped in the world. That should include continuing the right space programs. Your collective actions in these arenas have assured that our children and grandchildren WILL be threatened and dominated by any of the multitude of countries that are filling the defense void your actions have allowed.

Our defense must start by truly protecting our borders. The record on making that happen is pathetic! Start now! Nullify the paper shuffling bills, and redirect government employees to our borders with the tools and intent to get the job done! I suggest you do something that truly enables us to remove and keep ALL illegals out of Tennessee. And forget about your ongoing push for "amnesty" for those already here. If they entered illegally, get them out of "our home" - NOW!

Act now to end any spending that enables the Islamic/Sharia law attack on this country. Start by removing all those in our military and government at any level. Maintain that position until there is a broad movement within their ranks to renounce current Islamic practices as codified in their Sharia law.

Their uncivilized practices have been demonstrated every day in their ongoing worldwide 1400 year attack on the rights of their own women and children. And in their openly declared war on all who are "non-believers". Start immediately to prevent any successful Sharia attacks on our laws and Constitution and economy.

Surely you, your staff, and your colleagues can't be proud of your efforts! Can you name even one broad critical area where you've taken this country toward excellence?

Any citizen who gives a damn and understands the concepts of true responsibility, accountability, and stewardship know your demonstrated record. To date your record shows you are just another proven prolific prevaricator and purveyor of pestilence who hides under the labels of Blue Dog Democrat and “bipartisan”!

So keep right on worrying about the wrong things. We will ensure that we elect a replacement who truly enables our state and nation to once again pursue excellence!

Dear Friends,

I’m worried.

I hope you have been following the debate in Washington. If so, you know that failure to reach a deal on the debt limit would mean our country, for the first time in history, would not be able to pay its bills. We could run out of money for important programs like Social Security or even paying our troops.

We’ve been warned by the credit ratings agencies that we’re dangerously close to the precipice, and both parties know the consequences of what could happen as a result. This week, the Gang of Six in the Senate released a bipartisan plan. Although it’s gaining momentum in the Senate, House leaders, so far, won’t even agree to consider it.

We have House leaders from one party saying “no cuts, period” and the other saying “our deal, only.” There are a lot of us in the middle who disagree with both, but there aren’t enough of us to form a majority.

This issue is so important and cannot be ignored. From now until the debt limit is reached on August 2, I’ll send you a daily update on what’s going on in Washington. Please continue to pay close attention, because we will all suffer if our nation cannot pay its bills.

I’m looking for a balanced approach, but default is NOT an option. What can you do? Write letters to the editor, hit the blogs, call the radio talk shows, stage a protest in your community. We’ve all got to do something.
COUNTDOWN: 11 Days Until We Reach the Debt Limit

- Although I’ve voted consistently for plans from both parties to avoid default, every vote on the debt ceiling to this point has been purely symbolic because nothing proposed so far can pass both the House and Senate.

- The best chance for a bipartisan deal hinges on the recently released 'Gang of Six' plan and I’ve co-signed a letter to urge leadership to bring the plan to a vote on the floor.

- We don't know if the ‘Gang of Six’ plan will come for a vote, but it's our best hope. And even if it does, we don't know if there is enough time to prevent rating agencies from still downgrading the credit rating of the United States.

Tomorrow, I’ll send information on what specifically could happen on August 3rd, the day after we reach the deadline.

Independence Day Reflections from July 4, 2010

God bless each of us, our families, and our nation as we celebrate this special day. I hope you'll consider doing the following as part of your July 4 Independence Day celebrations today and in the future.

- Fly our flag! It flies every day at our home, and will the rest of my life.

- Start the day with a prayer and the pledge. In our small Iowa farm community school our day started with the Lord's Prayer and Pledge of Allegiance. I lost that daily habit in the decades along the way. I've recently committed myself to put it back in place. Seems to me to be a good way to get each day started and focused on purposes above self.

- Take time to read this excellent document written by Rush Limbaugh's father called "The Americans Who Risked Everything", about the signers of the Declaration of Independence, as shared with us by Rush on his website and in other places for years now.

Each rereading of these documents serves to remind this citizen that there's a need for an ongoing "revolutionary" mindset. Millions more citizens must be awakened and become much more involved in candidate selection and election processes, and true "government cleanup" at all levels. And we must never cease in our attention to these matters for the rest of our lives.

Surely by now millions of us are painfully aware that our country is currently under deadly attack from within and without on many fronts. And that those demand our action if this republic is to survive another 20 years, let alone another 234!

As I reread the Declaration I was struck by how many of the abuses by King George that are listed in the Declaration apply to the current tyrant and usurper who occupies our highest elected office and our White House - Barack Barry Hussein Obama Soetoro - our reigning Supreme Sociotonian.

Consider the following examples and see how many others you can find:

"He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good."

- Obama was never eligible to run for President!

- Obama has failed to provide transparent access to basic records that are required by all in our government who seek highest levels of security clearance.

Yet despite these open unlawful actions by our highest sitting officer, name ANY top political or media leader who has openly and consistently demanded immediate correct lawful, legal action to end Obama's usurpation.

Then ask yourself if there's any acceptable "why?" for their inaction given the enormity of this offense by Obama and all who enabled him.

Next, ask yourself why "we the people" have not arisen in a multitude of states across this land to demand that this blatant lawlessness by Obama and his behind the scenes puppet masters be lawfully, legally ended...NOW!

- As another glaring example, Obama has consistently prevented enforcing existing immigration and border defense laws. Examine and remember his actions to sue states like Arizona that do, and actions he took to set other states against them.

Consider his ongoing actions to give legal status to past illegal entrants...to greatly enlarge his block of "dependent serf" voters. Then balance that with the deafening silence from the current majority of our leaders, and "we the people" about this failure to follow our existing laws and protect our borders.

Remember all that as we look forward to elections later this year.

"He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures."

- E.g. The despicable actions by Obama, Pelosi,Reid et al to ram enormous,convoluted, unconstitutional bills like "Healthscare" and others into law...without any of Obama's promised transparency for opposing lawmakers and citizens.

"He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance."

- Too numerous to list...but consider all Obama's business takeovers, appointed czars and councils, union connections and interference with proper government operation as a starter list.

"He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation."

-Obama is the son of a Muslim, and was raised in a Muslim country by a Muslim stepfather.
- His steady stream of demonstrated actions has escalated the decades old Muslim infiltration actions as they attempt to spread Sharia law into all aspects of our lives, and give it supremacy over our Constitution.
- And, Obama has clearly enabled the Islamic attack against Israel. Obama's actions in this arena constitute a clear threat to our Constitution and nation. He has consistently failed to comply with his oath to defend our Constitution and nation.

"For protecting them, by a mock Trial, from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States"

- Consider the attempts by him and his Justice Department to shut down Gitmo, and try the 9/11 terrorists in civil courts.
- Consider his delays and lack of priority for prosecution of the Ft. Hood, Christmas Day, and NYC taxi bomber terrorists; and his actions to cleanse of the terms "Muslim terrorist" from our dialogue.
- Consider his failure to crush the drug lords who have occupied OUR land along our border, and his actions to chastise and sue and punish those states who act to correctly defend our nation.

- Too numerous to mention, but Obama's true legacy includes taxes that will hit us from the Healthscare legislation, his coming reversal of the Bush tax cuts, pending efforts on "Cap, Tax, and Redistribute", the hidden tax and consumer costs buried in the "Frank N Dodd Financial Fiasco", and attempts to impose an Internet sales tax!
-His most egregious impact in this arena is the massive unfunded and unaccounted debt that he and his horde have left for all future generations of Americans.

CLOSING THOUGHTS
Fellow citizens, this citizen is convinced we're far off our intended course as a nation and are now racing at breakneck speed AWAY from our intended excellence. We've allowed the valiant efforts of millions of countrymen before us to be squandered and badly contaminated.

I've been as guilty as any out there in many past years of indifference and inattention. So, I've devoted the past several years of my life sharing thoughts on what we must do via my book and this commentary blog; and through work with any and all groups of people of like mind that I've found along the way.

And I stand ready in my remaining time on earth to work side by side with any and all out there with common purpose. But I am totally convinced that the key to our success is to find true right leaders of the caliber of our Founding Father's and support them with a permanent American revolutionary spirit.

As a graduate engineer with over 40 years experience in the world of manufacturing, I've decided to share this information about the winners of the 2011 Obama Engineering Excellence Awards. According to Chicago based "inside sources", Obama personally established the standards for the selection process based on his vast work and business and life experiences.

At the awards ceremony held in a Michigan mosque near the remains of our former great automotive facilities, Obama plus Pelosi, Reid, and various top union leaders congratulated the winners for demonstrating what’s possible when Sociotonian education systems and processes are combined with ever expanding workfare/welfare like his administration has provided.

Obama stated that their efforts demonstrate the high standards of Hope and Change and creativity he's using to transform U.S. small and large businesses and our economy.

He asked voters everywhere to keep these examples in mind in the coming months; rather than the tiresome details about his usurpation of the Presidency due to his Constitutional ineligibility, or constant nitpicking about all the records that's he's altered or failed to provide.

2008 Senate Resolution 511 Confirms Obama Isn't Eligible!

On April 30, 2008 our 110th Senate unanimously passed non-binding Sen. Res. 511 to pronounce that John McCain was eligible to run for President per the “natural born citizen” requirement for our President specified in Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 in our Constitution.

They used this non binding resolution to pronounce that McCain’s birth in a hospital on a U.S. military base in Panama should be considered a birth “on American soil“ as is required by all past precedent and accepted definitions of the term “natural born citizen” relative to any who are to serve as our President.

Below you can access a pdf file from The Senate Daily Record of the preamble and actions regarding Se. Res. 511 which were presented by Senator Leahy and which he asked to be entered into the record on April 30, 2008.

That pdf file documentation proves the fact that Obama is NOT eligible. It confirms over a half dozen times that our 110th Senate knew that the accepted standard to meet the natural born citizen requirement for President is that BOTH of the candidate’s parents must be U.S. citizens at the time of the candidate's birth!

Yet there has been a chilling silence about these next facts throughout the Obama candidacy and his subsequent usurpation of our Presidency.
- ONLY Obama’s mother was a citizen when he was born.
- His father was NEVER a citizen.
- So Obama was NEVER eligible to run, no matter where he was born.

Five of the six cosponsors for this Machiavellian resolution to "help" Senator McCain were Senators McCaskill, Webb, Leahy, and Clinton, and Obama!

SUGGESTED NEEDED ACTIONS
To date Obama’s glaringly obvious ineligibility has been totally ignored by our Supreme Court, all members of the 110th, 111th, and 112th Congresses, a vast majority of elected State officials, and all but a select few in the national media.

There is no legitimate reason why Obama should have been allowed to run. Nor why we’ve allowed him to block disclosure of key records in his life. We the People have allowed Obama to usurp the office of President! ENOUGH!

A. The most correct, simplest, and fastest way to rectify this full frontal assault on our Constitution is for “we the people” and Congressional leaders from multiple States to demand an immediate Supreme Court confirmation ruling that Obama was never eligible and should never have been allowed to run, and that he must therefore be immediately removed him from office.

B. That ruling should correctly provide that everything Obama has signed or approved is illegitimate. It all must be voided and held pending Congressional corrective action. There is past precedent for this action in the prior removal of a past governor for ineligibility.

C. Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden were both fully aware of Obama’s ineligibility and aided his election, so they must not be allowed to succeed him in the interim until the next election. It seems to this citizen that John Boehner is the most correct current choice per our established line of succession, although he should have also well known that Obama has never been eligible and should have acted accordingly.

WHAT CAN YOU DO?
1. Network this information widely.

2. Start and sustain a major push through your TEA parties, local business leaders, and conservative media personalities to get your State Governor, and your state and US Senators and Representatives to demand a Supreme Court Ruling to remove Obama for his obvious ineligibility!

3. Do it now! Let’s get Obama out of office before the 4th so we can truly celebrate a rebirth of freedom for We the People, and start creating The New United States!

This latest media "TRUMP TRIPE" as published in the April 14 Conservative Action Alerts by Ronald Kessler, rubbed my last raw nerve on this matter; and prompted this latest commentary blog post.

"Donald Trump will announce his Presidential run
If you wonder whether Donald Trump is serious about running for president, tune in to the finale of “The Celebrity Apprentice” on May 22. On the NBC show, Trump plans to say that he will be holding a press conference in the next few days at Trump Towers in New York. Although Trump refuses to confirm what he will announce, sources close to the real estate titan tell me that at that press conference Trump will be announcing his candidacy for the presidency. Even then, many will snicker that it’s all a publicity stunt. But that defies the facts and common sense."

NO! In fact HELL NO! The fact that anyone who claims to be a conservative is actually considering Trump as a Republican or Independent candidate, or is paying even an ounce of attention to any of his typical “look at me” actions, defies all available facts and common sense!

Trump meets NONE of the criteria I outlined for true right leader candidates for Presidential candidates in my book U.S. "LEFT" vs. "RIGHT"... NADA, NONE, ZERO, ZILCH, ZIP! His well demonstrated march through life proves he is nothing but a high profile real estate shyster; a slick media personality who has lived like a king while trashing other people’s money.

He is a proven political whore who has supported multiple Democratic slugs and thugs. He’s publicly proud of his friendship with the likes of Schumer, Kerry, Soros, Clinton, et al.

Soros and the Democratic machine know that there is a high possibility that Obama will tumble. Who better for them to have in the race as a Republican than Trump? At worst he and the media will totally disrupt the search for a true right leader. At best he'll run as an independent and split the vote like Perot did.

And in all cases he'll act per his true Sociotonian essence to reach across the aisle and continue our march toward pestilence. Trump is a buddy of financial/Wall Street marauders who have systematically destroyed our economy. He wouldn't be in existence without all the "bailouts" they've given him. Surely you don't think he'll ever bite any of those hands that he owes!

Trump is a classic left leader as outlined in my book. He has well demonstrated each of the characteristics of "The Hierarchy of the Left". "The Donald" cares very much about only one thing... "The Donald"! THAT is his proven essence.

Lt. Governor Ramsey,

My sincere thanks for your March 18 letter "An Open Letter to Conservatives on Senate Bill 113" that is attached below. And thank you and all those in the Senate who acted to pass a bill to end union overhead, interference, and pestilence in TN education systems and processes.

I hope you will all continue to stand firm against any "compromise" actions being considered by Governor Haslam and the House. I offer the following input as a basis for discussions yet to come on this critical matter.

1. It is unconscionable that we citizens have allowed student academic performance to plummet from no.1 in the world in educational basics in the late 1950s, to today where our nation no longer makes the top 20 worldwide! - Surely we all agree that we'll never return our nation to excellence in any arena unless we reverse that course.

2. It is a fact that union and Federal interference, plus a widespread lack of parental involvement in our education processes are primary root causes of our race toward education performance pestilence.
- Collectively those forces have removed proper recognition of God, country, family, community, and individual excellence from our education systems and processes.
- They have allowed critical concepts like responsibility, accountability, stewardship, expectations, and consequences to disappear from routine discussion by students, teachers, and school administrative leadership.
- They have allowed many forms of societal sludge cancers to be injected into students’ minds, hearts, and souls.

3. As many citizens see it, we will never return to excellence unless we awaken millions of parents and end union and federal interference in this and other critical arenas. And we believe that no significant benefits for the taxpayer, student, or nation have come from union interference in education or business during the past five decades.

I share thoughts relevant to this matter in multiple chapters in my book U.S. "LEFT" vs. "RIGHT". You and many of your colleagues have copies; so I hope each of your will invest the time to at least read these chapters before finalizing any decisions on education matters.

“Defending Our National Financial Viability”

BACKGROUND

In Feb. 18 and Mar. 2, 2011 posts I outlined the first of what I believe must be our five highest priority “Defense” matters if we are to preserve our republic.

Those initial posts dealt with the need for the Supreme Court to lawfully, legally, and rapidly remove the constitutionally ineligible usurper from the White House!

This post partially outlines the second most critical need: Defending our national financial viability!

Completing the first action is truly the most effective way to enable the second action and the three others to be discussed in later posts. Much of the attack on our national viability that Obama and his horde have created since his election would be lawfully negated by completing the first action.

Let’s think together about how best to obtain the money that is the life blood of any form of government. Our actions on this matter can either revitalize and energize our country, or kill it on contact.

Consider the following analogy: Our total government is made up of artificially created governing “bodies” which exist at the federal, state, county, and city levels.

Each was created, with the intent that they would be developed and maintained solely to carry out their correct functional role at their level. Ideally, each should serve a distinctive and additive role to protect and preserve our nation and our individual life, freedom, and pursuit of happiness and excellence.

At the fundamental level, each of these artificial “bodies” at each level can only survive and function at all if given transfusions of artificial “blood” …the money which we citizens and businesses “donate” using taxation processes and systems to guide that.

Every bit of that monetary artificial “blood” comes directly or indirectly from us as individuals or through our businesses. That “blood” is the very same that we attempt to earn as individuals in return for our efforts.

We earn and bank it. And we donate some of it to each of the governing bodies to give our “fair share” to the “artificial blood bank” which they each require to sustain them.”

“At least half of our country today does not understand the proper role of the artificial governing bodies at each of those levels; nor of the tax system which we allow to govern the collection of our individual and business artificial blood donations.”

“Every drop of artificial blood taken from us, to sustain each of the governing bodies that we support, limits our individual or business ability to meet our own basic needs and to fund our desired pursuits and lifestyle.

Therefore the critical responsibilities of those we elect, expect, and allow to lead and manage each governing body include:
• Keep their assigned governing bodies lean, trim, healthy, and functioning properly; to effectively and efficiently perform the tasks the majority of us agree are required at that level for our survival, development and growth.
• Ensure the frequency of mandatory donations of our precious artificial blood and the amount taken at each donation are reasonable, and that none we donate is ever wasted or misused.
• Create, maintain, and improve mandatory taxation systems which we allow to be imposed on us to routinely collect our artificial blood donations.
• Ensure those taxation systems are truly fair, rational, and very simple (therefore efficient), as seen by the majority of us individual and business blood donors.
• Ensure that every individual, family, and business that enjoy the benefits of living in this country and are at all capable of performing any useful function, donate some of their artificial blood to sustain those needed governing bodies at each level.”

This author stands ready to meet with any lawful, legal, rational citizens to resolve our spending and financing problems using the above analogy as a tool to plan and act; to stop the torrents of OUR blood which we're allowing to gush at an unsustainable rate.

I believe the "blood bank" imagery is totally relevant to our current financial crisis and survival. At the federal level, our government bureaucracy has ballooned and assumed powers far beyond those defined as proper in our Constitution.

Today all citizens and businesses of all sizes who are “net blood donors” and aren’t a government employee or contractor at some level, provide the blood supply for literally millions of non-defense and non-protection government employees without useful purpose and/or useful work output!

And for millions of unlawful, illegal, and/or governmentally defined undeserving “net non-donor vampires”. (A.k.a. dependent serf voters!)

The facts clearly show that in our federal government and far too many states we've allowed financial blood letting quacks and corrupt blood bank "redistribution" managers to spill, steal, and waste OUR personal financial blood...to serve THEIR needs!

Consider these federal facts. Per the following excellent Feb. 14, 2011 Washington Times article by Stephen Dinan, Obama's 2011 budget proposal will increase our deficit by nearly $2 trillion! That's in addition to the more than $3 trillion increase that he and his horde of bloodthirsty U.S. Treasury marauders caused in the period 2009-10!

Ladies and gentlemen, IF we allow this, we will have enabled our national debt to increase by $5 trillion (that's $5 million, million), in three years of Obama led fiscal jihad on our economy!

Contrast that performance with the 2007 actual debt increase of $160 billion!

As you sleep each night, visualize our current DC “leaders”, and their supporting army of national unions and worldwide vampire hordes. See it gush out of citizen and "non-favored business" arteries and disappear into a worldwide, undocumented, unregulated unknown; with far more devastating long term impact than the horrifying natural disaster that just struck Japan.

Picture our national "leaders" and federal officials in every bloated or totally unneeded bureaucracy posturing and proclaiming that it's impossible to find ways to stop even $100 billion of OUR blood from being wasted in their federal "budget" sea of blood.

I hope millions out there agree that it's far past time to draw very hard lines on spending, and to stop further increases in our federal and state debt limits!

And, I hope you stand ready to use every available lawful legal action to prevent this insanity. And that you will let your elected officials at all levels know that - very soon and often - until they truly take substantial correct action!

Government at all levels can be drastically downsized. Every $ of spending can be tracked. Our current tax system can be completely revamped. And every unresponsive and/or corrupt leader can be replaced and/or held legally accountable. It’s just a matter of will and sacrifice.

Supremes Fail to Fulfill Fundamental Responsibility!

Obama's father was never a US citizen. Therefore, he was never lawfully eligible to serve as our President per Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of our Constitution. Obama was not lawfully elected and seated.

Never in our history have we knowingly allowed an ineligible candidate for President to usurp that office.

A simple Supreme Court decision could and should have easily and lawfully prevented his candidacy in 2008 or before.

To add insult to injury, Obama and his many puppet masters have been allowed to block access to a multitude of key records that are critical to vetting anyone who is to have any security clearance in our government, let alone our highest security clearance.

Never in our history have our Supreme Court, and national "leaders" in all walks of life, so badly failed "we the people"! Our nation has never considered and enabled a candidate with less prior demonstrated capability, less demonstrated allegiance to this nation, less expressed pride in our past contributions to the world, less background vetting in the nominating process...or less legal right per our Constitution to run.

And no previous President has demonstrated less dedication once seated to preserve our founding principles and our Judeo-Christian heritage.

So, why are we still allowing our Supreme Court to allow him to usurp our highest office?"

INTRODUCTION

This post focuses on the most critical of several national “Defense” matters...Obama's usurpation of our highest office. I suggest that resolving that must be our highest priority if we're to preserve our country!

This matter and those I'll deal with in four subsequent posts are in fact an open attack on:
A. God's laws and our Judeo-Christian heritage, or
B. The rule of law per our Founding Documents, or
C. The critcal structure, systems, and processes of our republic, or
all of the above.

Each matter has needed focused national attention and corrective action for at least several years; and we’ve failed to act on some of them for decades.

Resolving these matters will require true right leadership from the worlds of government, law, business, education, and religion...and steadfast citizen support.

Yet, as a nation, we've failed to date to demonstrate a World War II will to win any of these battles. So each of these matters is currently truly being fought by only a handful of citizens.

Hopefully some of you readers have followed the multiple law suits since 2008 by those few brave citizens who attempted to prevent Obama's usurpation before the election, and/or correct it afterwards.

They put their lives, fortunes, and sacred honor on the line to attempt to lawfully end this well orchestrated act of treason. But we the people failed to massively unite behind them and their cases. So Obama, his behind the scenes puppet masters of all Parties, and his horde of powerful political, union, financial, and business enablers have won to date.

Like many others out there I've attempted to communicate these matters in past posts to awaken some national appetite for action, but to no avail. I allowed myself and others to be continually distracted and diverted by the attacks from all angles that Obama, Congress, and others have launched against our country and freedoms.

I'm not proud of that. I know better. The correct course was and is to stay focused. And it is not too late to act, so I suggest we get on with it...NOW!

It's a good bet that the puppet masters who allowed and enabled Obama to violate our Constitution and usurp the Presidency are at the heart of the other highest order assaults on our country. So making resolution of Obama's ineligibility our highest priority, should unlock the right doors to best examine and resolve many other critical matters that are out of control.

In fact, it seems to me that this brazen, open usurpation matter has exposed the loose end of the huge “Gordian knot of pestilence” which we’ve allowed to be created for decades now.

Once we get started we must not quit until we find, support, and enable true right leaders with enough capability and national leverage to continue to unite us and win this battle and all the other related battles.

I hope enough us will unite and to act now, and agree that we will not stop until we are successful. Our inaction will only make resolution of all these interwoven matters more difficult to resolve with each passing day.

THE LARGEST BREACH OF OUR “NATIONAL DEFENSE”

The most chilling and far reaching internal breach of our “national Defense” in our history has been our total failure to acknowledge and correctly act on the Constitutional ineligibility of Barack Obama to serve as our President!

The underlying undisputed fact that Obama’s father was never a US citizen has been known since well before the 2008 election, His own campaign website verified his dual citizenship at birth.

So, as partially documented below, per all of our past precedent Obama did not and does NOT meet the “natural born citizen” requirement in Article II, Section I, Clause 5 of our Constitution.

Therefore, he wasn’t and isn’t eligible to be our President.
End of discussion. It is truly just that simple.

Yet Obama is the only Presidential candidate in our history that our Supreme Court, political parties, and the Electoral College process in every state allowed to be placed on the Presidential ballot with serious open eligibility issues.

Each of those groups ignored multiple law suits that Obama did not meet Article II requirements requiring both parents to be US citizens at the time of his birth.

And they failed to press for resolution of where he was really born, or details about Obama giving up his citizenship as a child when he moved to Indonesia with his mother; or details about how or if he ever lawfully legally regained his citizenship after having given it up.

Yet Obama was subsequently elected.
And he has openly usurped the Office of the President since January 20, 2009!

SUPPORTING DETAILS

I submit that the following facts about Obama’s lack of eligibility are indisputable. I’ve included a few of the available media source materials which support them from past posts. You won't find those highlighted in the majority of our mainstream media, or in their well doctored "misinformation databases" like Wikipedia! But they are there if you dig and verify.

1. Barack Barry Hussein Obama Soetoro’s father was never a US citizen.
...That fact was known well before the 2008 primaries and is documented by Obama’s book, his speeches, and his father’s records. Neither Obama, nor the media, nor the Democratic Party, nor any court has ever disputed that pivotal fact!
...Yet if you do a focused Google search of the phrase: "Obama's father was never a US citizen", it only shows 110 results as of this 2/25/11 update. Talk about insidious media silence, excessive fact scrubbing, and blatant distortion!

2. Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of our Constitution requires that our President and Vice President each be natural born citizens.

3. The well established definition of a natural born citizen is based on common law that was in place at the time our Founding Fathers wrote this requirement. Per that definition candidates for President were to be US citizens by no act of law (such as naturalization), and the candidate must have been born to US citizen parents on US soil.
...That is supported by past interpretation, and by our consistent application of those natural born criteria to all past Presidents prior to and except Obama.

4. The only dual citizenship exemption situation that our Constitution allowed in Article II was for any Presidential candidates who were born elsewhere, but were US citizens in 1787 when the Constitution was signed.

9. An additional blatant, brazen, and very serious assault on the laws of our land has been carried out by Obama and his enablers as they’ve continually blocked access to, and transparency of the records required to vet any citizen for top secret clearance in any government agency.

11. All the above facts have been openly available to all key leaders and the major media in our country since at least 2008.

12. As cited by the lawyer in a previous Obama eligibility cases that was blocked in a California court, there is past legal precedent that chief executives of government can be removed by the courts over eligibility issues.

North Dakota Gov. Thomas Moodie was removed from office when the state Supreme Court found he did not meet the state constitution's eligibility requirements.

13. Given Obama’s ineligibility and this past legal precedent of the courts dealing with similar ineligibility matters, everything he has signed, every appointment he’s made, and every action memo he’s issued could and should be lawfully, legally invalid.

14. Since Obama’s two Supreme Court nominees are the most critical among his long list of appointees, they must be required to immediately recuse themselves from any further Supreme Court actions until Obama’s and their lifetime appointments and eligibility matters are fully resolved. Given the lifetime tenure of those in that role, the truly correct action would be to remove them, due to the fact that the person who nominated them was never eligible to do so.

15. John McCain was likely also ineligible! As an important related matter in all this, I believe the case can and should be made that the Congressional action used to approve John McCain’s candidacy was also unlawful.

As this citizen understands it, our Constitution and the Supreme Court's rulings about its meaning, determine who is and is not eligible.
...So the potential issue of McCain’s birth on a US military base in another country, and whether he was therefore lawfully considered born on US soil as required of a natural born citizen, were matters for Supreme Court consideration.

I agree in principle that this matter should be clarified, and that children of US citizen parents who are born overseas while their parents are serving our country, should be eligible as long as they have since resided here and maintained their citizenship.

But as I understand it, the lawful way to broaden the natural born citizen definition is to amend the Constitution by involving we the people” to make that happen!

I'm quite certain that Constitutional eligibility requirements...or any aspect of the Constitution...can’t be set, changed, or ruled on by slamming a bill through Congress!

So I’m also certain that if McCain had won, Sociotonians of all Parties would have immediately demanded his removal from office because of the "flawed Senate process"...which key Sociotonian Senators in fact originated and carried out without a whimper from any who purport to be Constitutional champions.

THE EERIE, DEAFENING SILENCE

This matter is my greatest concern in all this!

Take a couple minutes and list any major political “leaders” in any party, or any national level TEA Party “leaders”, or any major business or media leaders who have spoken out and stood fast to demand that Obama’s Constitutional ineligibility be resolved now.

Then spend at least a few minutes trying to think of any plausible, satisfactory reason why they have not acted...why they have silently enabled all this to happen.

I've invested a fair amount of time considering this matter. I can’t think of any acceptable excuse for that failure on their part...or ours! Can you?

I can name NO political or major business leaders who have stood firm and demanded that Obama's two major areas of probable ineligibility be immediately resolved. And I know of only two major media leaders who meet those criteria: Joseph Farah of World Net Daily, and Michael Savage, who hosts America’s No. 3 talk radio show.

And how many of you have noticed the major national media and political leadership effort at all levels to cover for Obama by harmfully applying the label “birthers” to any who raise the eligibility issue outlined above and the vetting issues outlined later?

How many also noticed that a lot of self serving Sociotonians who operate in all Parties and the “major media” have worked hard to not only apply that label; but also to define “birthers” as “racists”, or “extremists”, or “conspiracy theorists”. And/or to imply that we advocate and condone violence to deal with this matter!

I also despise any who’ve planted totally incorrect Article II "natural born citizen" definitions or twisted trails in the murky world of media mush like Wikipedia and Snopes to confuse and divert correct needed actions.

I submit to you fellow patriots that our silence and failure to date to demand that our top leaders take proper action is despicable!

Unless we the people stand firm and correct this, we truly deserve to suffer the consequences of the destruction from within of the most remarkable republic in human history.

We're a republic. The freedom and survival of "we the people" is grounded in our consistent operation per the rule of law...by all people...at all levels.

Yet we're allowing our highest leader and his enablers, and all branches of government to openly trample our laws.

ENOUGH! UNACCEPTABLE! DESPICABLE!!

Start archiving the demonstrated actions of all these "perpetraitors" for future reference, and let’s rise to action. I’ve outlined my thoughts on needed actions below. Let’s demand that our elected leaders do their job...or immediately leave office.

A SUGGESTED PATH TOWARD EXCELLENCE!

1. Arise in multiple states right now and insist that each of our individual States petition the Supreme Court to immediately rule on Obama's ineligibility to end his Presidency.
...Obama’s and McCain’s eligibility should and could have been resolved by the Supreme Court well before the 2008 primary elections. So there certainly is no higher priority matter on the Supreme Court calendar, or on the calendar of Congress.
The Article II ineligibility facts are very simple and clear cut, as is the precedent set by our past selection of Presidents.

2. For the security and welfare of our nation in these tumultuous times, it’s essential that as soon as possible Obama, his Cabinet and czars, his wife and all of their non-vetted appointees be immediately “locked in”, stripped of all security clearances and classified databases, and barred from access to any and all decision making and governmental matters until this critical matter is resolved.

In past times Obama and his enablers would have been prosecuted and punisehd for high treason. Their lawlessness has exceeded that of Richard Nixon by many orders of magnitude. So I suggest that we the people insist that the consequences for him/them be commensurate with the seriousness of the acts.

Ideally we would also remove all those from office and future power at any level that enabled this brazen act of high treason. But since virtually all of our highest officials allowed this to occur, we’d be left with a national situation that would look much like Egypt! So we'll need to walk a path that does not lead to or involve lawlessness or anarchy.

3. The final ruling on Obama’s removal from office could and should be completed in days.
The governors, Congress, and the Supreme Court could set the wheels in motion using a series of high security conference call sessions to minimize security threats from having them all assembled in one location.

We have the succession hierarchy available as a starting point to determine who could and should lawfully take command until our next election. I believe that Biden, Reid, and H. Clinton must not be allowed to continue in their current roles or assume command due to their obvious complicity in all this.

Though the entire line of succession is culpable in their failure to act, I suggest the Speaker of the House Boehner be given the “temporary assignment” of President, that the temporary position of Vice President be unfilled until the 2012 election, and that the temporary role of Secretary of State be filled by a recent past holder of that role.

The military, all intelligence services, and our State Department should remain on high alert until this matter is resolved.

We have far too many internal and worldwide critical matters in progress to allow this fundamental breach of our laws and security to continue unresolved. Obama’s ineligibility is a huge threat!

At best, Obama is totally vulnerable to all manner of extortion by anyone, because of his ineligibility and his lawlessness in other arenas.

At worst Obama and his Wall Street and union crooks/thugs, and his corrupt enablers like Soros, are positioned to inflict great harm to our nation on any given day.

And to any with their eyes open, Obama’s steady stream of Muslim enabling actions are truly treasonous. Obama, Soros, and Obama’s Muslim leader friends have rapidly turning the Mid East into a future nuclear holocaust!

4. All our top governmental leaders in all branches of government enabled this ineligibility matter the past several years. It should never have been allowed to occur.
...Therefore “we the people” must insist that they chart a very careful course to “untangle the knot” until “we the people” take further steps in 2012 to continue to properly “clean house”.

We must get very serious right away about finding true right leaders who have well documented and well demonstrated prior experience at leading others in pursuit of excellence.

We made a good start in the correct direction in 2010, but only a tiny one given the magnitude of the “knot of pestilence” we must untangle.

Our best hope in all that is to demand true governmental transparency and lawful, legal election processes from this point forward. If we do that we’ll survive as we’ve done for several hundred years.

5. Though there is no past legal precedent for cleaning up a treasonous action like this in our highest office, it seems correct that every bill Obama signed, every Cabinet appointment he made, and every action memo he issued could and should be declared null and void until re-examined by Congress, or appropriate appointed cross sectional citizen leader groups with bipartisan representation, or the Courts. THe focus of now through January 2013 should be to begin a seriopus "hold & cleanup" process.

6. The redistribution of trillions of Federal Reserve, TARP, and Stimulus funds that has occurred must be examined and made totally transparent to the entire Congress, and partially to “we the people”.
...We must demand that Congress apply the Martha Stewart standard to unlawful financial actions by anyone in any position...starting within their own governmental offices and Wall Street.

The trust of “we the people” has been very badly violated in recent decades. It must be carefully but rapidly restored.

7. Obama’s and his team’s campaign records should be frozen and examined to resolve the alleged unlawful foreign campaign finance influence in the 2008 elections; and to ensure that is prevented in all future elections.

8. Given the total meltdown of our vetting processes in the 2008 Presidential election, I urge all states to carefully consider the ballot eligibility legislation currently in progress in many states.
...Ideally they will work together to craft “best practice” legislation to truly close eligibility loopholes and prevent any future recurrence of this current pathetic, unlawful situation.

CLOSING COMMENTS
As we begin to deal with Obama's ineligibility, situations we’ve allowed to evolve in this country and around the world could allow the Obama puppet masters and enablers to cause turmoil in the streets. They could act to clone the recent events in Egypt and other Mid East countries.

So "we the people” must be very vigilant and ready for those assaults. We'll certainly be subjected to media barrages. And we must keep our wits about us to prevent anarchy.

Anarchy will play right into the hands of the puppet masters who create and control empty suited, teleprompter guided con artists like Obama. So we must count on them to try to use it. And we must prevent that from happening.

Sociotonians from all walks of life may choose to incite and enable riots in the streets of our largest cities using illegals of all flavors and/or welfare dependent "serfs” and/or union controlled slugs and thugs...with a few Muslim jihadists sprinkled in for good measure.

All those groups have had much practice in these matters for decades now. Consider for example that Soros and others of his ilk were very open about their recent actions in Egypt to enable the tyrannical Muslim Brotherhood, and to further fan the flames of Muslim hatred for Israel.

And they did all that under the worldwide media enabled protective cover of “improving democracy” for Egyptian citizen serfs. Talk about insidious actions!

As this clean up is happening we must never be intimidated by the threats and tactics of the slugs and thugs. They are a major part of our national problem. They must never be allowed to dictate national policy or direction.

Despite those challenges we may encounter, this elder citizen looks forward to lawfully, legally working side by side with those of you who choose to correctly and vigorously act on this critical matter.

As we walk this necessary path let’s take extra care to be our brother’s keeper and watch each others’ backs. And pray often to God to strengthen and guide us!

We who desire government per true conservative principles must avoid being divided and conquered by a multitude of factions from without and within the Republican Party. Ladies and gentlemen, like many of you out there I spent the past several weeks following the 2010 election trying to catch up on backlogged items in my life, But while doing that I've been watching all key fronts for clues about our future. I'm disappointed but not surprised at what's been happening.

The 2010 election was obviously a first step in the right direction. But it appears to have barely caused a blip in our well demonstrated previous course towards pestilence in all major arenas in our society.

How many of you have also noticed that the majority of US citizens appear to have returned to their past "normal" priorities - Sports, Societal Sewage, Slumber, Silence, and Submission?

As you look around you in daily situations have you noticed the huge masses of fellow citizens behaving like automatons wandering through life? Notice how most of them have their attention and actions focused on their latest "electronic device for inbound mental destruction"? Text, Twitter, Tweet, Tattle, Tripe... Truth? Nah!! ...Inbound content source often unknown and unquestioned.

Think we got the attention of Sociotonian "leaders" in the election? Nah! I'll share the rapidly growing list of post election travesties in the coming weeks, but here's a reality litmus test that occurred just this morning in the Senate.

Senate votes down ban on earmarks, 39-56

The Senate Sociotonians of all parties just spat in our face. They're not about to let "We the People" stop them from redistributing and horsetrading our money, which they've legislatively stripped from our pockets in each state, county, and local community.

Most of the Republicans who voted to continue to use "earmarks" were well demonstrated Sociotonians, but this citizen was very disapponted with James Inhofe's vote. I've been a fan of his. I listed him as a true right leader in my book, based on his past strong record on multiple matters including his ongoing purposeful stand against the "Gore-Fool Warmng"scam. But for his wrong action on this most basic of matters, in the next printing of my book he'll be listed as a leader who must be banned to Sociotonia!

- Start your own archive list of those in your state to lawfully, legally remove from office at the earliest opportunity.

2010 Veterans Day Reflections

This post today has several purposes:
- To remind us all to take time this 2010 Veterans Day, and at every opportunity, to thank our veterans.
- To remind all current and future voters that the No. 1 job of our President is to defend this country from threats from without and within. And that we the people therefore put our nation at great risk, and dishonor any who now serve and have ever served when we elect those with no concept of leadership responsibility and accountability to fill that role. Such mindless vetting of our highest elected leader is insanity!
- I hope you'll take the time to read the two "wake up" articles included below that make that point, and were written by veterans who have served their country well.

Hoops apparently decided it's urgent to use hundreds of millions to travel with a legion of thousands and an accompanying "invasion support fleet and squadron", to "stimulate" jobs for many in India and Indonesia...including his primary target audience...the many millions of Muslims there who adore him.

What else should we expect from a Constitutionally ineligible, totally unvetted, Muslim enabling usurper of the highest office in our nation?

Could this trip just be an excuse to get over to Indonesia and "clean up" his messy records trail from his prior years there? Or, are he and Michelle just taking a "relocation scouting trip" for their certain future exile from The New United States...to whichever Muslim country will name him their ruler? Time will tell. We've allowed him to be well programmed at our expense to become a very useful tool for the highest bidding Muslim nation or alliance.

It is a certainty that the Obamas will not retire in this country after they are removed from office by proper court action or the next election...whichever comes first.

And it is also certain that the new country of Sociotonia will not welcome the Obamas. The Clintons are the certain favorites to rule their following of adoring Sociotonian serfs!

SANTA MONICA, Calif. — October 28, 2009 — Edmunds.com, the premier resource for online automotive information, has determined that Cash for Clunkers cost taxpayers $24,000 per vehicle sold.

Nearly 690,000 vehicles were sold during the Cash for Clunkers program, officially known as CARS, but Edmunds.com analysts calculated that only 125,000 of the sales were incremental. The rest of the sales would have happened anyway, regardless of the existence of the program.

American Clean Energy and Security Act – H R 2454, better known as CAP and Trade, 26-Jun-2009 Congressman Jim Cooper voted Aye (YES) for H.R. 2454 Cap and Trade Bill

One of the provisions of this bill had it passed the Senate would have had the following impact on every American. To sell your home you would have had to retrofit your home to comply with the energy and water efficiency standards of this Act. H.R. 2454, the "Cap & Trade" bill.

In effect, this bill would have prevented you from selling your home without the permission of the EPA administrator.

To get this permission, you will have to have the energy efficiency of your home measured.

Then the government will tell you what your new energy efficiency requirement is and you will be forced to make modifications to your home under the retrofit provisions of this Act to comply with the new energy and water efficiency requirements.

Then you will have to get your home measured again and get a license (called a "label" in the Act) that must be posted on your property to show what your efficiency rating is; sort of like the Energy Star efficiency rating label on your refrigerator or air conditioner.
If you don't get a high enough rating, you can't sell.

The Congressional Budget Office (supposedly non-partisan) estimates that in just a few years the average cost to every family of four will be $6,800 per year. It would have been the largest tax increase any of us has ever experienced.

$814 Billion Economic Stimulus Package – Congressman Jim Cooper voted for this tax wasting bill.
The CBO found that the stimulus package -- with its combination of targeted tax cuts, government-funded construction projects and energy investments -- added 1.4 million to 3.3 million jobs to the U.S. economy from April through June, lowering the overall unemployment rate by 0.7 percent.

When you consider there was a net loss of around 3,000,000 jobs during the same period, and official unemployment remains at almost 10% and actual unemployment is well above that (see www.usdebtclock.org) how can the Economic Stimulus be deemed a success?

Affordable Health Care for America Act – H.R. 3962, 7-Nov-2009, better known as Obamacare. (See http://www.ncpa.org/ for healthcare analysis – extract from that analysis presented below)

Some of the provisions in Obamacare that will impact every American are presented below.
Beginning in 2014, you will be required by law to have health insurance and to attach proof of insurance to your tax return.

If you fail to insure, you will be fined — with the penalty rising to $695 ($2,085 per family) in 2016 or 2.5% of your adjusted gross income, whichever is greater.

If your employer fails to offer you health insurance, your employer can be fined as much as $2,000 per employee per year.

The type of insurance you must have — including co-pays, deductibles and the employee’s share of the premium — will all be determined by federal regulations, rather than by you and your employer.

If you are not covered by an employer plan, Medicare, Medicaid or other government plan, you will be required to buy insurance in a government-regulated health insurance exchange, where competing insurers will offer the government-mandated health insurance benefit package.

How your doctor practices medicine and how you obtain care are likely to substantially change.

$523 billion of health reform’s first 10-year cost will be paid for by cuts in spending on Medicare enrollees, according to Congressional Budget Office.

In addition, there are new taxes on drugs and on such medical devices as wheelchairs, crutches, pacemakers, artificial joints, etc. — items disproportionately used by Medicare enrollees.

Of the 15 million people expected to enroll in Medicare Advantage programs, 7½ million will lose their plans entirely, according to Medicare’s chief actuary, and the remainder will face higher premiums and lower benefits.

Nearly 6 million retired employees will lose their employer drug coverage, according to the most recent Medicare Trustees report.

A new tax on health insurance is likely to cost the families of employees of small businesses more than $500 a year in higher premiums.

A 40% tax on the extra coverage provided by expensive “Cadillac” plans will apply to about one-third of all private health insurance in 2019; and because the tax threshold is not indexed to medical inflation, over time the tax will eventually reach every health plan.

Scores of other items will be taxed, ranging from tanning salons to the sale of your home, in some cases.

Health insurers will have to raise premiums for everyone in order to charge people with pre-existing conditions less than the expected cost of their care. Young people, for example, could see a doubling or tripling of their premiums, according to industry estimates.

In order for employers to provide health insurance (or more generous insurance) to their employees, they will have to reduce what they pay in wages and in other benefits. The extra burden on employers could cost as many as 700,000 jobs by 2019.

Under the law, Medicare fees paid to doctors are required to drop by 30% in the next three years.

Medicare fees paid to doctors and hospitals will fall below Medicaid levels by 2019 and going forward will fall increasingly behind the rates paid by other patients. By 2050, Medicare fees are projected to be only one-half of what the private sector pays. By 2080, they will be only one-third.

The Congressional Budget Office estimates that 9 million employees will lose their employer plan.

Medicare’s chief actuary estimates that 14 million employees will lose the coverage they now have and, of those, about 2 million will enroll in Medicaid.

A former CBO director is predicting a much larger employer response, with 35 million employees losing their current coverage.

Loss of Medicare Advantage Coverage. About half of the enrollees in Medicare Advantage (MA) plans (7½ million people) are likely to lose their coverage and will be forced to return to conventional Medicare. If you are able to keep your MA plan, expect higher premiums and fewer benefits.

The news media has done nothing to expose any of the information contained above. The media has not asked any questions concerning the burdens that are being placed on the tax payer by the total disregard of any kind of fiscal responsibility by Congressman Jim Cooper.

This country is broke! We have a $13.5 Billion debt and another $110.6 Billion in un-funded obligations for a total obligation of every citizen (man, woman and child) of over $400,000 each. I don’t know about you but I don’t have $400,000 to spare, DO YOU?

This is directed to the uncommitted, undecided, or complacent among us. Odds are that you in those categories will never see this...but I won't let this message die in my head.

Many fellow citizens already well recognize this, but I hope this will help you others see that the most critical battle for our future in our modern history is being waged right now. We now have less than 11 full days until the polls close. This brief period is our last chance as a nation to end our decades old, headlong march down the path toward certain pestilence, and start our recovery on a path toward excellence.

Are you in the battle, on the sidelines ignoring the battle, hoping it will all get better and just go away...or, are you one of the enemies of freedom who are fighting to continue the march toward pestilence and the destruction of our republic?

Are you working as hard as possible to elect the candidate from those remaining in each race who will most closely fulfill the role of true right leaders? (Eg: Those who consistently operate per the timeless principles given to us by God and our Founding Fathers, and who have the highest probability of leading us on a path toward excellence.)

Here's a quick summary of the harmful actions being taken right now by the "perpetraitors" and purveyors of pestilence who currently are allowed to freely roam among us:

- Massive amounts of union cash are flowing into key races...much of which was very likely previously directed to them via unaccounted, unregulated "stimulus spending".

- Illegal aliens are openly working to get help get out the vote; to keep those in power who will give them amnesty, further open our borders, and continue to tax, skim, and redistribute our wallets and life savings to those illegals. And our current regime "officials" and their supporters are openly ignoring current laws vs. detaining and deporting them. They are defying our laws and Constitution all the way to the top; as led and enabled by Obama - our Consitutionally ineligible, unvetted usurper!

- Once again, ballots in some districts were not shipped to overseas soldiers on time! This is the lowest of election tactics. Despicable! It seems to me that per higher justice, any lawfully convicted "perpetraitors" of these actions should be allowed to be publicly executed by a firing squad of the soldiers whose rights they violated!

- ACORN has regrouped under other names and their minions are hard at work to skew the vote.

- Our "Justice" department conveniently dropped the case against the Philly Black Panthers, leaving them and other slugs and thugs like them in big blue cities across our country ready and willing to work to interfere with lawful, legal poll processes.

- The majority of our press spews out "mental mush" 24/7 to keep the status quo, and is helping spread fear and mistruth as they have done now for decades.

- There are Trojan Horse "infiltraitors" who lost their primaries working among us who have not redirected their support and that of their followers to ensure that the best right leader among the remaining candidates will be elected.

- Versus shifting their full support and endorsement, some of these true Sociotonians are actually urging their supporters to write them in ...to the detriment of the best remaining right leaders who won via a valid election process.

I'm sure I've overlooked attacks on many other fronts, but hopefully the brief list above will awaken and energize most of you who have not yet voted to get out and do what many citizens in other countries around the world literally die to do.

Without it we have no country; our way of life perishes, and we are either killed by, or become submissive to the most powerful of the many Left leader guided forces in the world who outnumber us, and to which our spreading and defense of “Freedom” is anathema.

We either become the human organic fodder of the mass graves they create to bury us, or we become subjects or slaves to their “leadership”. Or, per the demonstrated actions of leaders who truly believe in and practice fanatic Islamic principles… we literally lose our heads.”

The Founding Fathers obviously believed the ideas shared above applied at all levels...from the national level right down to each household and lawful, legal citizen. Insuring our “defense” from tyranny at the household and individual level was clearly their reason for adding the 2^nd Amendment to our Constitution!

Left leaders of any and all parties have been working since our inception to negate that crucial Amendment. “But then again, you and your citizens may want to consider a back up option or two. In case a beady-eyed “thug or slug” of any nationality who is well armed with real bullets accidentally enters your country.

May I suggest the exciting “green” possibilities for super soaker water pistols? The small expense should be a marvelous fit with your available Defense budget. And those weapons would allow you to spot water your lawns in environmentally responsible quantities… while you protect your families!

What's the latest Obama answer to return us to world leadership in student educational performance? Add another month to the school year!!

Isn't that special! We've broadly lost the handle on A) basic course content and guiding principles, B) teacher and student responsibility, performance standards, expectations and consequences, C) ever growing non-useful administrative/system overhead, D) ever increasing, unsustainable, union influenced pay and pension plans, and E) infusion of harmful societal 'junk" in all aspects of our education structure, systems, and processes.

Yet he recommends that we add a month...so each student gets farther down the path toward certain pestilence in each and every school year! Shazaaam!

But I'm probably being too tough on the guy. What quality of leadership could we possible expect from an unvetted, ineligible, teleprompter dependent, community organizing guy who can't even successfully get from a to b in the simplest of situations?

"Messing with Your Mind" - Sharing Some Paraprosdokians

I'm sharing this to help cleanse your mind of today's infusion of worldwide insanity.

A paraprosdokian (from Greek "para-", meaning "beyond" and "prosdokia", meaning "expectation") is a figure of speech in which the latter part of a sentence or phrase is surprising or unexpected in a way that causes the reader or listener to reframe or reinterpret the first part.

It is frequently used for humorous or dramatic effect, sometimes producing an anticlimax . For this reason, it is extremely popular among comedians and satirists.

Some paraprosdokians not only change the meaning of an early phrase, but also play on the double meaning http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Double_meaning of a particular word, creating a syllepsis http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Syllepsis .

- I asked God for a bike, but I know God doesn't work that way. So I stole a bike and asked for forgiveness.

Muslim Mosque Multiplicity Madness - A Homework Assignment

This post shares one of my recent FB posts about a critically important directional decision our nation faces.

I'll bet that many of you've found as I have that it's much easier to sort out "who and what's really right" when we focus on well documented facts about the past demonstrated guiding principles, direction, and actions of the key leaders who are advocating the various proposed options on any matter. What path have they actually walked? What results and impact have they caused? Have they enabled excellence; or pestilence?

So I recommend the following homework assignment for today to help you find what's right regarding the ever increasing "Muslim mosque multiplicity madness" spreading across our country.

Take some time to learn where our U.S. Constitution truly stands in the hearts and minds of worldwide Islamic leaders and the Sharia law that dictates their every move.

I suggest you use ACT! for America materials as a well documented primary source of factual input.

I promise that once you understand the facts on that single matter, the only correct national position for decades to come regarding any proposed new mosques being built anywhere in the U.S. will become crystal clear for you.

Will the majority of us make our directional decision based on those facts? Or on media mental mush?
